Berks man accused of throwing rocks at moving vehicles captured after foot chase on Route 422

Police responded to a man throwing rocks at moving vehicles as he walked on the eastbound shoulder in Amity Township during the Friday afternoon rush. Yasyn S.A. Davila, 23, of Birdsboro was charged in the case.
