BEREA, Ohio -- Nine residents have been appointed to serve on the Berea Charter Review Commission, a task Mayor Cyril Kleem undertakes every five years.
Kleem chose six women and three men to meet regularly and analyze the city charter. Their work could result in recommended changes to the document. Those revisions would be reviewed by City Council, followed by Berea voters deciding at the polls if the final recommendations should be approved.
