Benton man who allegedly fled from police twice arrested on warrants

A Benton man on probation who allegedly fled from Hot Springs police on July 6 and again early Tuesday, eluding capture after high-speed pursuits both times, was arrested on felony warrants at his home Tuesday afternoon.
