“I am staying fit by adapting to a new, healthy and positive routine. It is our habits which provide us the resilience needed to sail through tough times like these. I am practicing sports, running and cycling regularly as a part of my new exercise regimen.
“I am focusing on holistic wellness for my physical and mental self. I am now practicing sports more regularly and my workout routine includes running and cycling.
