Bengaluru court declares Devas Multimedia founder Ramachandran Viswanathan fugitive economic offender

The order to declare Ramachandran Viswanathan a fugitive economic offender is the third such order in India after orders against Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi, Special Public Prosecutor P Prasanna Kumar said.
