Bemidji City Council supports 3 roundabouts for Highway 197

At its meeting Monday, in a 4-2 vote, the Bemidji City Council officially showed support for a design with three roundabouts for a project on State Highway 197. The council also municipal street projects for 2022 and a five-year capital improvement plan.
