Rehearsal time for Glenys Lloyd Williams, John Molyneux, Alice Burton-Jones, John Hammond, Martie Cain and John Abraham.
BEMBRIDGE Little Theatre Club welcomed live audiences back to the Village Hall last week, with its re-imagination of Alan Melville's Full Circle.
Covid restrictions ensured more than a year passed since their previous show in front of a crowd, and many rehearsals had to be conducted outdoors in preparation for this welcome return.
A seven-strong cast added contemporary hue to Full Circle's elaborate narrative, originally adapted from Les Enfants d'Edouard by Marc-Gilbert Sauvajon and Frederick J. Jackson more than 70 years ago.
A maximum permitted audience of around 30 were treated to a slowly unfolding drama, punctuated with punchy one-liners and bouts of mildly amusing innuendo.
