Belagavi stripping incident: Karnataka Police gives protection to couple, helps them get legally married

On December 10, Ashoka’s 42-year-old mother was dragged out of her home, stripped naked and paraded. She was then tied to a pole and assaulted since her son had eloped with Priyanka, who lived in the same village.
