New Delhi, Jan 8 : Soon after the brutal murder of 11 coal miners of the Pakistans Hazara minority community, which drew international condemnation, human rights of Pashtuns have also come under the scanner. The Pashtuns have been rocked with a series of arbitrary detentions by state authorities at the behest of Pakistans intelligence agencies at the forefront of targeting countrys religious minorities.
