CHILLICOTHE — Sitting in the back of an ambulance, Andrea Bee replayed the moment her life flashed before her eyes as she gazed at her mangled car on I-75. She and her wife, Sheri, had been driving around looking at Christmas lights when they were struck by a drunk driver traveling over 90 miles per hour.
Although it was terrifying at the time, the couple didn't realize the impact the event would have on them until days later. And following their recovery, Andrea and Sheri shifted their perspective.
They realized that far too many people in life say that they want to do things, but many plans are put on the backburner. Then, the Bees were determined to move beyond thinking about something to actually doing it.
