Lampasas City Secretary Becky Sims was recognized at the Nov. 13 City Council meeting by Lampasas County Judge Randy Hoyer for completing the Central Texas Council of Governments Leadership Academy. This leadership class is made available to those who have an interest in leadership who live or work within the seven-county regions served by CTCOG.
