BCBSM earns star ratings for HMO and PPO plans - Grand Rapids Business Journal

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan five stars for its Blue Care Network HMO plan, while Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s PPO plan was awarded four-and-a-half out of five stars for 2022.
