But Nato Member countries as well as the eu, uk and us and other countries need to evaluate their larger policy towards the Islamic Republic and these are the furthest ever ballistic missile preparations and Islamic Republic and is the first ever ballistic missiles by this into europe. And given the fact that iran had first given drones to russia to use against ukraine about two years ago, i think the Western International Community that they had two years to Build A better deterrent against iran if they match to change iran risk reward calculator, they may not have given these weapons to russia was my bike in the international community do . There about two pathways, militarily and this is a nice add on, they had to make sure Ukraines Habit they needed to defend themselves to counter these weapons as more Air And Missile defences and to offset these weapons on the battlefield, longer Range Strike systems, Attack And Storm shadow without a political threshold for where and when they can be used. And then the political and legal side, there is a mechanism that would restore international legal multilateral penalties are prohibited this kind of transferring of missiles by the Islamic Republic and that is causing snapback and i will expire next october of the un is imperative to Build A legal case for that in economic and military deterrence on the ground where they will be used in ukraine. In general, theyre looking to take advantage of the past 11 months of the Middle East mayhem, particularly as we go to the october seven anniversary invited to take a step back, unfortunately the Islamic Republic has been winning in the Middle East is been winning with great Power Cover but due to missteps by washington and other actors in the region and they have been able to threaten a wider War And Use that to divide America And Use that to divide America And Israel which ultimately renounces the regimes favour. Ukraine its only been able to use targets inside russia which are close to the border which is involved in its full Scale Invasion and what ukraine is desperately been wanting to do is strike deep inside russia on military Air Basis to fight those Fighter Bombers and at the moment, ukraine says it is fighting effectively with one hand behind its back any of these Fighter Jets the Take Hand behind its back any of these fighterjets The Take Off and they drop Glide Bombs and hundred kilometres or so from the border with Ukraine And Ukraine can do very little to stop them and should there be any kind of lifting of restrictions, this would be a silver bullet, you win suddenly see a sizeable significant changing of the tide in fighting but it would help ukraine better defend itself, i think and lets be frank, ukraine is facing a Mountain Pile of difficulties at the moment and its troops are going backwards in eastern ukraine, across and coming under a very perilous Threat And Javid struggling to keep order of russian territories it seized last month and it is struggling to mobilise enough men to sustain its fight. More than 30,000 employees rejected a Contract Deal that included a 25 increase in pay for all workers, a 3,000 lump payment, enhanced retirement plans, lowers healthcare costs, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave. The union initially asked for a 40 Pay Raise and a number of improvements to workers benefits. It comes after boeing has already dealt with major setbacks this year such as when one of the panels on a Passenger Planes flew off and issues with the Starliner Spacecraft which failed to bring home two american astronauts. Jon holden, president of the international association of machinists union, has been speaking on the failed deal and whats caused long held discontent among boeing employees. There are many important things that are in this offer and did not make up and did not bridge the gap for 16 years and a lot of people thejob the gap for 16 years and a lot of people the Job Loss and stagnated wages, the shift on Health Care and the relocation of thousands of jobs for other programmes. The walkout comes just a month after boeing appointed Kelly Ortberg as its new chief executive. Mr ortberg warned that a strike would put the Companys Recovery in jeopardy. Analysts say an extended shutdown could cost boeing and its suppliers billions of dollars. Since the union rejected the latest deal, boeing says its ready to return to the Negotiating Table to reach a new agreement. The White House has also weighed in. A spokesperson said it was in touch with both sides, and encouraged them to negotiate in good faith. Two american astronauts that are now stuck in space for an extra eight months said theyre staying resilient on a televised Video Call on friday. Sunny williams and Butch Wilmore have been stranded on the international space station sincejune, after Boeings Starliner Mission was rocked by a series of technical problems. The Starliner Craft returned safely to earth on saturday without sunny and butch on board. The pairs delayed return expected in february means the Astronauts Wont be on earth for previously planned events, including Election Day in the us. It was an unseasonably chilly start to Friday Morning with A Touch Of Frost for some, but lots of blue Sky And Sunshine throughout the day and we started to draw in that warmerfeeling air. Now that trend is just set to continue over the next few days. So warmer by day, milder by night, too. For the weekend some sunshine, but also some outbreaks of rain here and there, too. You can see all of the sunshine clearly with the lack of cloud on the Satellite Picture here. We will see this front just gradually continue to push its way further eastwards through the rest of the night, bringing outbreaks of Rain Across Northern Ireland and Western Scotland. More cloud here, too, and some of The Cloud will seep down into northern england. Its windy out towards the north west, but look at much of england and wales dry with clear skies again. And while its not quite as cold as it was last night here, Temperatures Rurally could still drop, perhaps as low as 3 014 c. And then on saturday, well were set to keep a lot of that sunshine across england and wales through the day. It will stay dry here, more cloud towards the north and probably some more in the way of high cloud through the afternoon turning the sunshine hazy. Meanwhile, across northern ireland, Western Scotland well see outbreaks of Rain Push eastwards. Taking their time to reach eastern Scotland Dry here for much of the day. Windy across the border, fresh south westerly wind. Highs of 16 to 19 c, so already feeling warmer. And then on sunday, our front continues to slip southwards and eastwards across from northern england, down through wales, the midlands and eventually into south east england, but there will be some sunshine ahead of our front. It will stay dry during the daylight hours, 20 degrees so warm and sunshine developing behind the front, too, with some showers scattered across northern and Western Scotland. So heres our area of High Pressure thats going to keep us largely dry and settled into next week. Its gradually pushing further eastwards over the next few days, but on monday we could start off the day with those lighter winds, with some areas of Mist And Fog that could take a little time, perhaps to lift and clear through the morning. But they will do so and therell be some sunshine emerging and temperatures will be higher. So were looking at 15 to 21 c, perhaps north to south. And those temperatures could rise even further low to Mid 20s potentially, especially in the south as we head through the middle of next week. Lots more sunshine to come. This is bbc news.
