The shelter in place order that currently stands in lewiston remains. A vehicle which was a vehicle of interest in this incident was located in lisbon and we are now also asking residents there to shelter in place. So please share that information with communities, as well. If anybody sees mr card or has Additional Information reference to these two shootings in the city of lewiston please contact 911. If they see anything suspicious please feel free to call their local authorities. We have literally hundreds of Police Officers working around the state of maine to investigate this place, to locate mr card who, again, is A Person Of Interest and A Person Of Interest and A Person Of Interest only and we will continue to gather information so that we can bring the suspects to justice and ultimately seek prosecution down the road. We will have councillors on site. It will also be providing information as it becomes available to us. Giving a brief update, he said it is still an active situation. There is still a government at large in the area. He said again they are looking for information on what they are describing as A Person Of Interest. He said he would not use the term suspect but refer to this individual, llo year old robert card, as A Person Of Interest. We are seeing reports of some people simply hearing about this incident on social media, turning up to hospitals to try to get information about loved ones. At that point of reference now is auburn. I had a cursory glance at the map in terms of telling you where that is. That is around a m minute drive from the initial location of lewiston, a m minute drive, a small town of around 9000 people and that is where that vehicle was last seen in connection too, as you say, that person of interest not being referred to as a suspect at this point by Mike Sauschuck. But some of the other details he simply couldnt give at this stage and at the end of that Press Conference referring people in a fairly rudimentary fashion to the flyer that people were then going to be giving out with regards to robert card, the llo year old who police are looking to speak to at the moment. Not calling him a suspect but at the same time people being told if you do see this individual he is believed to be Armed And Dangerous, and do not approach him. Mike sauschuck, do not approach him. We dont know for sure why the city hall has been closed down following that Press Conference, but we do know that the shelter in place, not a recommendation, and order, has been enforced in that community of lewiston, where around 37,000 people live. Come tomorrow, schools will not be open. Kids will not be going to School Tomorrow due to the fluid situation. And then auburn, the neighbouring city, also now people being told to shelter in place there, told to shelter in place there, to remain alert. That news coming in about the community of lisbon, the first time we have heard that the vehicle was pinpointed, located there. We know there are at least two sites involved in this, a Bowling Alley and a bar and grill, but there are questions being asked about whether there are more casualties coming from third site, as well, so we will start to get a clearer picture. As you can see on that map, all of this is happening, as you are saying, the earliest reports of around 7 30pm at a time when people would be out enjoying, i have seen reports in local media that people hearing about this happening on social media, not being able to get in touch with loved ones and heading straight to that medical centre and the statement sent out by the medical centre if they are reacting to a mass casualty event and coordinating with other Health Facilities in the area, as well, because it is worth reminding that whilst we know there are multiple fatalities, at the same time the injuries are very high, as well. Some parts of the island, in knighton, for example, seeing three weeks worth of october rainfall injust over 12 hours. Looking to the next few days, we hold on to this static pattern, really, of low Pressure Systems after low Pressure Systems bringing outbreaks of rain and their associated Weather Fronts with the Jet Stream Running to the south of us, directing them towards our shores. Here is thursday. Weve got outbreaks of rain from the overnight period working their way northwards towards the North East Of England and across parts of scotland as well. Elsewhere, through the midlands, in towards wales and the south, some sunshine but also a number of showers. Same, too, across parts of northern ireland. And then looking into thursday evening, you can see that rain still with us, Tracking North in towards parts of the north east of scotland and certainly across parts of the east and north east, we could well see the rain totals mounting up as we head through the next few days.
