Gathering in mastung city. Earlier this month, at least 11 people, including a prominent muslim leader, were injured in an explosion in the same district. These are the latest pictures from balochistan, pakistans largest province. The region has suffered mutiple attacks from groups including the Pakistani Taliban and Islamic State group. And in a separate explosion, at least five people are reported to have died at a blast at a mosque near the city of peshawar. Many we believe are still trapped under the collapsed building. Earlier i spoke to our correspondent Saher Baloch In Islamabad who gave us this update on the Current Situation in balochistan. I heard from balochistan that it is a suicide attack. This was confirmed by the police chief in balochistan who said that this was a suicide attack, which targeted the congregation, which was celebrating the birth of prophet muhammad. In another incident in hangu, which is a district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, two Suicide Attackers basically tried getting into a mosque. One was stopped by the police. The other one still made it through and four people died as a result of that. So these two attacks happened today and more than 50 people are dead so far. I also was told that the Pakistani Taliban have said that they have nothing to do with this attack at all, and they have condemned both the incidents which have happened in mastung in balochistan and hangu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province as well. So now the bigger question is who attacked these two places and what was their motivation . Is the finger of blame then, if it was not the Pakistani Taliban being pointed at daesh, at Islamic State . Yes, in an earlier attack, which was also in Mastung District as well, Islamic State had claimed responsibility at that point of time, but so far they showed suspicion that it was Pakistani Taliban. But after Pakistani Talibans statement, the police has also not said anything on which group it actually feels is behind this attack as well. And are there real concerns now with the election being pushed back to next year, political instability in the country, with the fact that brazenly theyve attacked worshippers on a day that has so much meaning for people . That things like this could continue, that there could be further attacks in the coming weeks . Well, this attack today has actually taken all of us back to this bloody decade in pakistan, where every thursday and friday, there used to be a Suicide Blast Targeting mosques and schools and also worship places and all. So a lot of people are actually thinking back of that time as well for past two years. Also, people from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and balochistan province had been saying that there are taliban infiltrating from the Afghanistan Border into pakistan as well, and they should be stopped. But they were not heard at that point of time. And now all of those things that they had been saying for a while now are coming true. He appears to have a better chance of securing a majority than his conservative rival, however he will need the support of Catalan Nationalists who are in exchange asking for amnesty for all independents, Catalan Independence leaders facing legal action, thats a very controversial requests they are making to mr sanchez. So we will see a lot of scrutiny of negotiations between mr sanchez and Catalan Nationalists in the coming weeks. If he fails to form a government himself, there will be a Repeat Election in mid january. I was in spain briefly recentlyjust speaking to people. They are so fed up speaking to people. A concert is taking place in moscow s red square this afternoon due to start in the next hour to celebrate the First Anniversary of russia s annexation of ukraine s four regions of donetsk, luhansk, kherson and zaporizhzhia. It s a day now official known as the day of reunification. Well, there are obviously ordinary life continuing. Well, there are obviously some i ordinary life continuing. Well, there are obviously some joys because people want to introduce as much normality into their daily lives as possible, adjusting during the Horror Horrors of the war. But is also true that russia terrorises them with constant bombings. There are up to 11 or 12 Air Raid Sirens per day and people have stopped reacting to them so theyjust get on with their daily lives. And Russia Targets civilian objects in zaporizhzhia such as residential buildings, hospitals and hotels. In august there was a devastating moment where they bombed a hotel which was used as a base. This shows us yet again that russia rages its war not only against ukrainian soldiers but against the international community. So what is now needed in zaporizhzhia and all over the big cities of ukraine is the strengthened air defence so we can endure through the Winter Seasons where russia will no doubt try to escalate its attacks on the civilian population. Apart from that, people have a mix, some have evacuated and some from territories of ukraine that are even more effective by the war have moved into zaporizhzhia. There s also an influx of military and some of my friends are local historians and conducting tours, historicaltours are local historians and conducting tours, historical tours of the centre of zaporizhzhia in some districts and they show the city and explain its history to the new residents. One side of the story is some unseasonable warmth. We may see temperatures as high as 24 celsius. But there will also be some rain at times on the satellite picture. You can see this area of cloud. This is a Weather System that will push in from the southwest to bring rain for some of us during tomorrow. In the short term, though, actually quite a lot of sunshine out there. Some showers, too, especially in Western Parts and most especially in the northwest of scotland where some of those showers will continue to be heavy, quite windy here through the afternoon, feeling quite fresh as well. 13 to 20 degrees, pleasant in any sunshine. And then through tonight, most of the showers will fade, will keep some going across the northern isles. But elsewhere, aside from a few mist patches, some largely clear skies overhead that will allow it to get relatively chilly, not desperately cold for a late september night, but many spots will get down into single digits. But thanks to this ridge of high pressure, it s going to be a mainly fine start to saturday. However, this Frontal System will be approaching from the west. Initially that will throw some high cloud across the sky, turning the sunshine quite hazy. And then the cloud will thicken out towards the west, with outbreaks of heavy rain pushing across Northern Ireland into western and northern parts of wales, the isle of man, north west, england into southern and central parts of scotland. It will turn relatively windy too for some of these irish sea coasts. Temperatures 12 degrees in lerwick, 20 degrees in london. Now, as you move through saturday night, this Weather System willjust continue to wriggle around. There ll be some quite heavy bursts of rain, i think across central parts of the uk as this Weather System continues to advance. It will draw in some really quite humid air as we head into sunday, a very warm, quite muggy start to sunday across southern parts. It will be quite misty and murky, too, for some of these western and southern coast. We could well see some showery rain at times across central and southern parts of england and wales, sunshine and showers across Northern Ireland and scotland. But down towards the southeast with that humid air, we could well see temperatures up to 23 or 24 degrees through next week. Quite a mixed affair. That will continue to be some rain at times. It will be quite breezy, but it may turn warm again towards the end of the week, especially in the south. The world s biggest economy, the united states, is on the verge of a government shutdown.
