Confident enough to see that he will of a heist movie. Well, we are cautious, cautious. Be captain. There with that england writing in the daily telegraph, police the Prime Minister of a heist movie. Still have nothing to go on. Said, if we can make enough progress in the next few days, i intend to go to that crucial eu summit on october have played, and some of the i7 and finalise an agreement that disappointment that they have gone will protect the interests of through throughout of the course of this rc is the focus was obviously business and citizens on both sides of the channel, and on both sides going to fall onjoe root, the of the border in ireland. England captain, and for that he is hello, everyone this we have been very clear the right man to lead england into on the approach and the is afternoon live im simon mccoy. The right man to lead england into the next ashes series in 2021. He the Prime Minister of Prime Minister will reaffirm those with Jean Claude Juncker and michel luxembourg has delivered barnier today, which is we want to believes he is the right man to stay a scathing attack on the uks brexit on as captain after england managed remove the anti democratic backstop. Strategy delivering his comments to level the series without victory alone after borisjohnson did not we set forward a range of technical at the oval to finish the summer on appear at the podium beside him. Proposals as to how we would do at the oval to finish the summer on that. A high. Australia retaining the on Xavier Bettel told journalists but that optimism is not shared the process had turned by people sitting on the asa a high. Australia retaining the on as a series finished in a drawer. Other side of the table into a nightmare and the uk had just to give you a bit of failed to provide any new concrete proposals to resolve the deadlock. Background, he oversaw a 4 0 defeat in this fancy restaurant. Gesturing to the empty podium where at the first ashes series but that he was in charge. He has gone one borisjohnson should have been, mr bettel said mrjohnson holds better this time, of course, and the future of all uk citizens jean claudejuncker has given says he will do everything to an interview to german radio prepare the team the next series. And every eu citizen living where he says he doesnt think there in the uk in his hands. Is an alternative deal out there, former england spinner Monty Panesar lets hear more of and he warned that time is running out. Has backed him to stay on. That frustration was shared the natural way how he captains at a separate meeting of european what he had to say. Ministers in brussels today. We are just waiting the team is very canny, for some proposals, the fact is our citizens want to its very difficult to react very astute on the field, without a concrete proposal and he seemed to be himself. Have a certainty. As long as they so we will see if its possible the old joe root that we know. For Michel Barnier it is really important that he now dont know what is going to happen, to receive something in the next days or hours. Builds a strategy and a plan they dont know their own future. European union is always ready for the next two years. To negotiate, when they if he really wants to captain england in the next ashes series have a proposal from the United Kingdom side, in australia, he really needs this is a nightmare. We should stop to have successful winter tours, so far i havent seen any proposal to think that people would love to which would compensate and also be at the forefront of how the current backstop. England are going to be successful in australia. Have a longer period of transition. The two men spent more people would love to have clarity, than an hour together, europes solheim cup captain what will happen in london, what but government sources say this Catriona Matthew says their victory process still has a long way to run. At gleneagles against the usa can be will happen in the eu. Imagine you it looks like a wonderful restaurant. This lunch date was about a boost for the womens game. Area maintaining momentum, not will happen in the eu. Imagine you are a european citizen in london, making a big breakthrough. The norwegian veteran and wild card you dont know what your future pick Suzann Pettersen clinched the win on the 18th hole would look like. Imagine you are a in the crucial singles match. Uk citizen in europe, people want it was their first win over clarification and as soon as our europe correspondent, the United States in six years. Damian grammaticas is following possible so to speak about new though the struggling events from brussels. Ladies European Tour has failed delays just to postpone things is to capitalise on previous victories not in the interest of our citizens. Matthew hopes this time there is a lot of frustration there it will be different. Ijust remembered not in the interest of our citizens. I just remembered that not in the interest of our citizens. I would imagine. There is not much i think it is one of ijust remembered that before brexit, people said to some voters the biggest womens sporting that they will get money back for sign that anyone really moved far at events in the world. All, so we have had statements from obviously, the womens world cup was social insurances, that brexit will be done in 24 hours and everything huge but this, like the ryder cup, will be good and there were a lot of both sides, no real comments of much has grown hugely over the last 30 things that before the referendum, note but we have heard from the eu years since it first started. It is such a spectacle of womens no one was able to say sorry, this side, Jean Claude Juncker, his isa no one was able to say sorry, this is a lie and that is also a pity of note but we have heard from the eu side, jean claudejuncker, his team saying it was friendly. Which is golf, the americans played great some people in the uk who are not something and also the statement they put out saying thatjohn cole as well, and for it to come down Strong Enough to say, no, this is a to that last game, the last putt, lie and you try to get votes with the crowds, you cant get lies, so that is the reason that i younger had reminded borisjohnson anything more exciting. That it younger had reminded borisjohnson thatitis younger had reminded borisjohnson leinster Centre Robbie Henshaw since the beginning said that a good that it is the uks responsibility is almost certainly out of irelands Rugby World Cup opener against scotland next campaign of information, to explain to come up with proposals and such sunday but he will stay what will be the risk of the proposals have not yet been made. With the squad injapan. Difficulties of a brexit would have he has a hamstring still waiting here. Did mrjohnson problem, picked up during been much more useful than training on saturday. Say anything there that might have organising a referendum than giving helped move the process forward . Mr ireland are the top ranked to people impressions, then let them team in the world cup. Vote then afterwards regret the johnsons statement, said they took result they get. Now we speak about following a scan, the medical team stock of the talks. Mrjohnson are hopeful that henshaw will be theatre. Yesterday, someone spoke able to play a significant part reiterated he was going to come are in theircampaign. About the hulk. It is too serious a i think it is reasonably positive determined to reach a deal with the in terms of what we saw. Matter to speak about actors and a backstop removed and his commitment script. The fact is some people some of these guys, day by day, would love to give the blame to to the good friday belfast week by week, things can dramatically improve. Agreement. The eu would say those another. And not being responsible two things are hard to reconcile more than the average human. Because that is the reason the for the situation. Again, one party, so we will take it backstop is there, to protect the the conservative party decided to peace process, so like that at the moment. Organise that referendum first. A backstop is there, to protect the peace process, so the question is what can the uk propose in its thats all the sport for now. Stead . What can the uk propose in its stead . And clear Information Campaign from my what can the uk propose in its stead . And the what can the uk propose in its stead . And the other thing mr ill have more for point of view was not organised in johnson says is that he would not the uk with all the risks of a you in the next hour. Request an extension and would take referendum and of a brexit. The the uk out on the 31st of october, celebrities should ignore so the uk out on the 31st of october, soi the uk out on the 31st of october, and block online trolls third thing is, now people try to so i think the eus christian will be, how is that going to happen . How so their abusive views arent spread blame the others because we cannot to other people thats according will they reach a deal . What they to an anti hate group. Find an agreement. We did not decide stars including gary lineker are backing a new guide on how to organise that brexit. It is a have said is they will intensify to deal with abuse. Talks and beat every day but we had the report from the this sort of stuff back when theresa unilateral decision of the uk center for countering government. We have to accept the may was negotiating, talk about result but it is not now in a digital hate says trolls aim to generate outrage and spread intensifying, upping the ante, we misinformation by targeting stars. Unilateral way that the uk are upping the tempo of talks. But speaking on the Victoria Derbyshire government will decide what will be programme, rachel riley, the countdown presenter the next relations with the eu. We and anti bullying campaigner, sit around the table, we have a what you got was the same sort of explained how shes tackling anti semitic trolls online. Frustrations talking around the same Withdrawal Agreement and issues and no sign there has been a ive had all sorts, ive had people disagreement been accepted. By the denying myjewish heritage, saying my dead grandad uk government. I want to repeat and would be disgusted by me. Remind that theresa may accepted breakthrough. Thank you, damien. Ive been compared to abu hamza, their Withdrawal Agreement, so dont with me now is our political make it like the European Union a prettier version of abu hamza. Correspondent nick eardley. Would be the bad guy not accepting there is an issue here of the a nazi, a white supremacist, paedophile enabler, i mean you name decisions that the uk proposes. They credibility gap, what borisjohnson it, these people are saying it. Says over there and what he says accepted them and it is not under my and i dont need to here. This kind of twin message we give them any oxygen. Responsibility if they are not able its pointless. To find a United Kingdom back in are getting from government, one london and in the house of commons that they are cautiously optimistic a report co authored that they are cautiously optimistic that a deal can be done, that there by the psychologist dr Linda Papadopoulos and in the majority. These are and imran ahmed, tells victims home made problems and we have now isa that a deal can be done, that there to block troll accounts. Is a way to figure this all out but linda joins me now. All to deal with that home made at the same time saying we have two troubles which makes ourselves in a mmp at the same time saying we have two ramp up preparations for no deal and does that really work . Well, yeah, more general problem. I went except there is a possibility. The two things work the same because it is any time to be responsible as the Prime Minister saying to a european leader, neither the domestic audience, we are doing it works because what we found this commission or the 27 other countries everything we can hear and one of toa it works because what we found this to a large extent, the people who for im sorry the mess we are in for are most likely to troll dont the tools in that negotiation, to the moment. Thank you. Really try to start a conversation, try and persuade europe to give some ground on the backstop is by being or engage in any discourse. They do borisjohnson said weve got prepared to walk away, something a good chance of a deal this government doesnt think that following brexit talks theresa may was really prepared to with Jean Claude Juncker but it it to cause harm, so when you engage will require movement from the European Union side. Do. What is interesting is downing with them, you are validating the lets listen to his remarks after street does think it has put forward fa ct with them, you are validating the fact that it is working, it is getting to you, that continues to be what it calls workable solutions, that press conference was cancelled. Ways to keep the Irish Economy happier. At more than that, it amplifies behaviour. This behaviour flowing between north and south but we have been seen both with i dont think it would have been to get rid of the backstop. They say politicians, celebrities, people referred to the Prime Minister of they have not put them on paper in a with a big audience. The natural luxembourg. I think there was formal proposal yet for the simple reaction is to say, because, look at clearly going to be a lot of noise what you have done, to retweet it to reason they dont think it is the andi clearly going to be a lot of noise right time, they want a bit more and i think our points might have their followers. But that just been drowned out but im happy to time before that happens. The serves to kind of handover in talk to you. The European Union has problem is exactly what you heard megaphone to these trolls, which been saying for months now it wants from Jean Claude Juncker, that makes it worth. It gives them concrete proposals from the uk. You problem is exactly what you heard from jean claudejuncker, that by not putting those proposals down, legitimacy. Indeed it does. I kept there is nothing for the european spent two hours face to face with some access to a platform and to union tojudge there is nothing for the european people they would never have had. Jean claude juncker. What union to judge in a concrete way, so spent two hours face to face with jean claudejuncker. What concrete proposals have you put on the table . They are still saying, we have not so, they actually end up increasing seen your they are still saying, we have not their base. And so they learn, this over the last couple of weeks there seen your solutions yet and because of that, there is no Real Progress has been a lot of work, papers have is what it takes to do that so that being made. Downing street will be they can perpetuate it and what that been shared. But we are now in the happy that these talks are going to intensify at least according to what behaviour. Celebrities, many of them stage where we had to start really downing street say has come out of id like you and me, normal people, accelerating the work and that was that meeting, that will give them and will always want to know what more of a chance to firm up some of the agreement today with jean people are saying about them. Yeah, these proposals they have but there but you know what, does it matter are many people here and in brussels when the person saying something accelerating the work and that was the agreement today withJean Claude Juncker and Michel Barnier. I dont who will be looking at them saying, about you as a order to get a rise, wa nt to juncker and Michel Barnier. I dont want to get people. We had to they dont work, and at the moment an order to heart. We always go back manage this carefully. Yes there is to the thing with the internet, that elusive breakthrough is still the good chance of a deal. Everyone some way off. Which is a source. What is a can see what roughly could be done motivation, what is the agenda . If you are right of the celebrities are but it will require movement and it walking down the street and some will require the system by which the random widow was shouting abuse and eu can control the uk after we vitriol, the thing you were to try leave, the so called backstop, to go to clarify. You will probably keep on walking, leave them to it. I come from that treaty and that needs to they took the army to the employment on walking, leave them to it. I come on then, to act differently. I think happen. So that is a big change that there is a couple of reasons for tribunal after claim years of racial that. Politicians feel the need to we need to get done but if we can discrimination and the tribunal has kind of pre and antsy to stand up get that done, as ive said before, for things, celebrities are sent, but you have to ask yourself, am i we are at the races. I think we have ruled the two soldiers did suffer harassment, the target of racist going to engage in proper discussion gotjust we are at the races. I think we have got just the right we are at the races. I think we have gotjust the right amount of time to doa graffiti in their barracks in 2018. Gotjust the right amount of time to here, alike im going to get into a do a deal between now and the 17th, there is no deal yet on agreed slanging match . It never works. If 18th october, but as i never tire of thatis compensation. Many other claims were slanging match . It never works. If that is going to upset you, why go telling you, if we cant do a deal online in the first place . Look, i by then and obviously we want to dismissed by the tribunal, claimed think the online world is here to work hard to do it, if we cant do to see nazi flags and have witnessed stay. We are learning to navigate it it by then, we will make sure we can racist abuse directed at locals on come out on the 31st of october deal an exercise in kenny about the or no deal. There are europeans who tribunal said it did not have ina stay. We are learning to navigate it in a different way. The rugged parts, of course, to the internet. Say that the backstop is sacred, it jurisdiction over those allegations. You connect people, and it is is too late to renegotiate and these can you. Mr sulu said he held the talks are a sham. You want a no actually the worst thing about it is deal. I dont know who you have been army in high regard, he now the best place about it, it is a considers it to be a racist great democratise. You need to begin talking to but that not what our to achieve richer consciousness. If institution. More throughout the you dont curate your consciousness and you just that there is whole afternoon. The liberal democrats strea m collea g u es are holding their annual party and you just that there is whole stream come in, it is inevitable it talking to but that not what our colleagues at eu heads of government conference in bournemouth. Will affect you. Not only your one title. We are working hard to yesterday, delegates voted to revoke brexit, if they win a majority Mental Health, but also your get a deal and that goes for our at the next general election. Worldview as well. And of some of friends in berlin or in paris and the partys leader, jo swinson, sat down with our chief political those messages, as indeed they are, dublin and in the commission as correspondent, vicki young, well. A lot of work is going on. I are also unlawful, but it is the to explain the policy. Advice there . Absolutely. So, again, wa nt well. A lot of work is going on. I want to, this is a difficult moment we say, block, but if they are because clearly we are very keen to we have been arguing that when the do it but i dont want people to unlawful, keep evidence, screenshot details of the final brexit it, and then seek out support from think that it is necessary in the proposition were available that there should be put to the public the appropriate authorities. Linda, back. It isnt in the bag, it will for the final say in a peoples vote a lwa ys the appropriate authorities. Linda, always good to talk to you. Thank be hard work to be done. And we still think that is the best you very much. We have had from the lets get the thoughts of our Political Correspondent, way to resolve this brexit issue and nick eardley. We will continue to argue for that it comes to something when two countries cant even agree where to in parliament. But if we dont manage to secure that and we find Prime Minister of luxembourg about hold a News Conference. Yes, ourselves in a general election, his thoughts on brexit. He was not accompanied by the Prime Minister, especially when Boris Johnson that might be the last opportunity who decided to leave because of the hold a News Conference. Yes, especially when borisjohnson is supposed to be trying to persuade that might be the last opportunity people the image of Prime Minister that the public have to make their protesters. He has spoken to a small voice heard on brexit and as a party group of protesters outside the british embassy. This is what he battle outside on his own is not one said. I dont think it would be fed that looks particularly good on the to the Prime Minister of luxembourg. That wholeheartedly believes that oui front pages tomorrow. Number ten that wholeheartedly believes that our best future is within the European Union, we need to give the i think it was clearly going to be a sources say they wanted their press British Public the chance to vote lot of noise, and the points might have been granted, but im happy to conference to take place inside for that by saying if you elect a because of those protesters you talk to you now. The European Union liberal democrat majority government could hear. A small but very vocal we will stop brexit by invoking has been saying for months now it article 50. Isnt it deliberately wa nts has been saying for months now it wants concrete proposals from the group of anti brexit protesters, uk. You have had two hours face with about ten metres away from where that press conference was supposed divisive in a way . There are people to ta ke that press conference was supposed Jean Claude Juncker. Uk. You have had two hours face with jeanclaude juncker. Concrete proposals have you put on the table . To take place. The luxembourg side including former mps of your party who say that will alienate people, well, over the last couple of weeks, say, no, they wanted it to take place in the garden and they went there has been a lot of work. Papers even people who voted liberal democrat who understand the need to ahead with the two podiums. Not a have been shared, but we are now and bea democrat who understand the need to be a referendum but the idea of great look for Boris Johnson. But blocking it out right will not the stage where we have to start to appeal to people. I am aside from the choreography, what blocking it out right will not appealto people. I am proud that my really accelerate the work, and that luxembourgs Prime Minister had to party has genuine and constructive say was equally damning because you was the agreement today with debate and it was overwhelmingly could see the frustration from him passedis debate and it was overwhelmingly passed is our policy at this Jean Claude Juncker and michel that so far the uk just hasnt come barnier. I dont want to get conference. I think it is about up peoples. We have that so far the uk just hasnt come up with a concrete proposal. The barnier. I dont want to get peoples. We have got to manage us being straightforward and honest. I carefully. That is a good chance of argument number ten are making, the argument number ten are making, the argument you had the prime list to totally accept that lots of people video, i can see the shape of it, will not agree with it, but i think make is that there are ideas there, you had to stand up for what you eve ryo ne video, i can see the shape of it, everyone can see what could be done, they are being discussed, discussed for some time and they think they think is right and giving people but it will require movement, and it are workable and that they could that choice is important and even solve the impasse over the backstop. Will require the system by which the the people who disagree with us on eu can control the uk after we quite clear though from the this, i think they do recognise we leave, the so called backstop, to luxembourg Prime Minister that he are being very clear about where we doesnt believe that. He doesnt stand rather than the fudge you get go. And that needs to happen. So, think there is enough detail there, from the labour party for example. There isnt a legal text and because but isnt the problem that that of that there isnt an alternative to the backstop that is there. If angerfrom but isnt the problem that that anger from those people who voted to thats a big change that we need to leave, they feel parliament is get done, but if you can get that that frustration that we saw from done, as i have said before, we are blocking what they wanted . There is at the races. And i think we have luxembourgs Prime Minister is felt a democratic issue here and you are by other european leaders, it does not bode well for the idea of a being anti democratic. gotjust at the races. And i think we have got just the right at the races. And i think we have a democratic issue here and you are being antidemocratic. I dont gotjust the right amount of time to accept that because we have a doa brexit breakthrough. What was gotjust the right amount of time to do a deal between now and the 17th, interesting was the theme of this is parliamentary democracy. There was a 18th of october, but as i never tire a blame game. I am just wondering if referendum, people voted to leave of telling you, if you cant do a and the government has gone away to number ten might see this as working negotiate that and a deal was put deal, obviously we want to work very ha rd to in theirfavour deal, obviously we want to work very hard to do it, if you cant, then we number ten might see this as working in their favour because there you before parliament. Parliament will make sure that we can come out 90, rejected that, including many mps in their favour because there you go, there is another european leader on the 31st of october deal or no who is clearly not interested in who voted to leave. If those mps had talks and is just very angry with the uk. There probably is an element deal. There are, as you know, european to say that the backstop is of that and lets face it, there are supported it, then brexit would a sacred it is to renegotiate, and some in the uk government who are already have happened. Part of the reason we are in this impasse is relaxed about the prospect of no the stocks are a sham, that you just because the people who support wa nt the stocks are a sham, that you just deal and dont mind the idea of a brexit cannot agree among themselves want a no deal. The stocks are a sham, that you just want a nodeal. I dont know who you confrontation with the european are talking to, but that is not what union but the broader problem that in parliament about what Brexit Borisjohnson has should mean and that is because what your interlocutors at eu heads of union but the broader problem that Boris Johnson has is union but the broader problem that borisjohnson has is he has taken government think at all. We know this to an approach. He is trying to was on offer in 2016 was a blank that we are all working very hard to persuade people at home that no deal ca nvas was on offer in 2016 was a blank canvas and there are some who said they wanted to leave with no deal at get it done, and that goes for our isa persuade people at home that no deal is a realistic prospect, telling all and there are some who said they people to get ready for the wa nted all and there are some who said they wanted to leave and stay in the friends in a berlin in paris or possibility of no deal on the 31st single market, and that fundamental dublin and in the commission as of october, but at the same time, contradiction hasnt been resolved well. A lot of work is going on. And that is why it should go back to this is a difficult moment, because insisting that to his party and the british people. Insisting that to his party and insisting to politicians at home that he can get a deal, that one is the uks former chief scientist, clearly we are very keen to do it, professor sir david king, but i dont want to discuss my within reach and it is possible that has said he is scared by the pace of Climate Change. In an interview with the bbc, will get signed off mid october at people to think it is in the back. Hes warned that extreme weather it isnt necessarily in the back, that crucial european summit on the events such as the melting of ice, there is hard work to be done. That hurricanes and wildfires are happening sooner than expected. Was borisjohnson talking just 16th and 17th. What today suggest is hes called for the uk to advance its climate that Boris Johnson targets by 10 years. There is hard work to be done. That was Boris Johnson talking just such the british embassy. A little 16th and 17th. What today suggest is that borisjohnson is more optimistic than the european side. But some Scientists Say emotive language over Global Warming it is not just is making young people depressed. Earlier, the luxembourg by minister Roger Harrabin reports. Optimistic than the european side. It is notjust luxembourgs Prime Minister. We heard from the european we re earlier, the luxembourg by minister were standing next to an empty Commission President earlier as wildfires are burning pudding. It doesnt need much well. His team saying there are commentary from me. Boris johnson still not concrete proposals from decided not to appear because of the across indonesia. The uk on the table. That doesnt noise from protesters nearby. But as mean they will not happen. I suspect their smoke is choking number ten do plan at some stage to people in cities. I suggested earlier, the picture forests are a flame in brazil that will be on some of the front as well, and also in put this in writing, there is some australia, way ahead pages tomorrow morning. An of the usual wildfire season. Nervousness in government that if professor king says we cannot they put it into writing and it is prove a link yet with explanation, Laura Kuenssberg has been tweeting, and she says. Human driven Climate Change, but it dismissed, it is able setback for these talks and what theyd rather would be foolish to assume these do is wait and wait to a point where events were not linked. They have something they think could work and they think europe is open he points to the massive to. That could potentially happen in ice melt in the arctic the next two or three weeks, which as further evidence of an overheating planet. The ice loss is right would retain at least a possibility at the top of the forecast all be do know is that the two range. Of something being signed off we see extreme weather events just mid october. But how many times do probably did not have the best of rolling out year after year, afternoons together. We need to remind ourselves, this with a massive loss of life. Process has gone on for three years. In a moment, the latest business news. So far there has been no rising sea levels, first a look at the headlines rising temperatures, on afternoon live. Breakthrough. The signs this changes in weather patterns borisjohnson pulls out impacting on farmers and everybody of a joint statement afternoon that europe is frustrated else. With the Prime Minister is this a scary scenario . And that doesnt bode well for the of course it is. Of luxembourg after crowds booed him idea that one is coming. And how should we react the luxembourg Prime Minister as human beings to this conducted the press conference on his own our europe correspondent, scenario . And was highly critical Damian Grammaticas is following of Boris Johnsons brexit strategy. We have to all pull two former paratroopers win events from brussels. London fashion week is in full flow enough. A table proposal is what the but how much of a difference does it eu needs. There will be a knot of make to businesses . Analysis over that News Conference the latest pictures from luxembourg i know you will have been but the expression, the view held by anticipating greatly the burberry show this afternoon, which are seen where borisjohnson the latest pictures from luxembourg where Boris Johnson is by many as a highlight of that the luxembourg Prime Minister, the the latest pictures from luxembourg where borisjohnson is having question is how many european meetings with john particular calendar. I have given up where borisjohnson is having meetings withjohn claude where borisjohnson is having leaders are of the same mind . |j meetings with john claude juncker. Leaders are of the same mind . think you can probably guess that as he arrived there was a booing. The opportunity to be here with you. Quite a few of them are. Especially it is big business. We have seen the ones who are sort of deeply more photos flushing around the globe of Victoria Beckham and her many of those who have been waiting involved in the negotiations. So you family, for example, and it is easy to greet his arrival are expats, to get taken in by the very know the french, the belgians, the privilege is, but this is big dutch, the germans, i think all want business. That is the latest from place on the global stage, luxembourg, so a rowdy reception. We if the uk side dont table things, critically in light of the various things going on around us at the moment . I was at the launch london will keep an eye on what is going on they are worried if they table fashion week last week. I was but there. Youre watching afternoon live, these are our headlines something, it could be rejected, no working alternatives from the eu sides point of view, if to the Northern Ireland backstop there were also talking about all are found during the first sorts of other issues as well, face to face meeting you table something late, it gives between Boris Johnson and european Commission President no time for everyone to go through Jean Claude Juncker today. Stability, diverse ability, drone attacks on major it, work through a legal text and saudi oilfacilities community. Thank you wouldnt have the United States releases these have enough time to go through the satellite images to back its claim that iran was behind them. Expected from the fashion industry. Legal processes in parliament and in theyre very keen to show they are the European Parliament and at the a climate scientist says hes scared by the extreme weather modernising. The industry suddenly eu summit with the eu leaders, to events such as the melting of ice, get it. Everyone is suddenly getting it, and they have broken away from get something through and agreed. I hurricanes and wildfires that are happening sooner than expected. The old model. For example, they are think they do wonder how sincere the saying there is almost 200 events taking place in the calendar this uk side is an borisjohnson is, that week, and youre talking about the month this translates to in terms of is why they want proposals on the and in sport, joe root says he wants instagram exposure. So, those are table now and you heard them say to lead england in the next ashes the people who are dictating what you will be waiting this team next series down under. As he golf and bobby henschel is out of speaks the European Parliament we the world cup opener against might get more of an idea how his scotla nd the world cup opener against scotland next sunday but he will but how easy is it for the right meeting went with mrjohnson. But stay with the squad out injapan. Talent to break through . Deborah st louis is founder more to come on all of those stories of fashions finest. That around 230. The fundamental issue i think is ona on a platform, we have graduates up that these sides coming out of this, to an early stage in their career. Oil prices have risen sharply after drone attacks on two key and how important is it right now, what they said, Boris Johnson facilities in saudi arabia. Talking about stepping up the pace the United States has issued satellite images and cited because id be passing, waking from of talks, but there is no timetable intelligence to back its claim that the British Fashion council at the moment that they are trying to iran was behind the attacks. Change to be that things are done, but iran says the accusations for that, there is no sense that for example, they have a model are baseless and unacceptable. Will happen immediately and the eu theo leggett reports. Renewed as an ambassador. She has side feeling that it needs to happen got a big focus on inclusivity, and pretty quickly if things are really growing your talent, and a mentorship programme. As a really a going to start moving towards fires light up the night sky around actually achieving some sort of a the Worlds Largest Oil Processing need for organisations like yours . Deal. And crucially i think from the plant in saudi arabia. Yeah, most definitely. Because even eu side, a deal that can get through drone attacks on saturday left though this has been set up by the British Fashion council, there are still really a need for parliament in the uk because that is a large part of the facility ablaze. Organisations like yours . Yeah, most definitely. Because even though this the huge hurdle that anything they another major site was also has been set up by the british might agree has to leap. And the targeted, leaving thick fashion council, there are still plumes of smoke spreading only a certain number of people that can actually access that, but they across the desert, as these are offering, and there are a lot of aerial pictures show. Problem they see, mr bettel very fringe designers that dont meet their criteria is that they have for their criteria is that they have for frustrated, you could hear him say the attacks carried out by houthi their shows, and for this kind of platform. He started off a while that a deal had been agreed with the rebels from yemen have knocked out half the countrys production ago. Tell us about some of the uk government that had been now and had a major impact people you have developed and what on global supplies. They have gone on to. This is our rejected by a new uk government that this outage knocks out nearly 5 tenth year anniversary, actually. We wa nted rejected by a new uk government that wanted changes it wasnt putting of world oil production. Forward ideas or something concrete have had a number of emerging about the way that change could and so it has a very, very important effect, work. Have you ever seen a news designers, one of our biggest ones and the biggest, the most important conference like that . Know and i thing that investors are really is helen williams, hell of a girl. Have never seen Xavier Bettel like looking out for is how quickly are we likely to see the outage she started mothers may be four or that. He is always, he is usually a come back online. Five years ago. She won a brit ands the response from the oil markets top designer about, and therefore this morning was dramatic. She escalated to be part of the positive, happy, he bounces over and the cost of brent crude surged he gives his view of what is going apprentice, and she moved on to by nearly 20 to more than 70 another company. She does on and he is usually delighted and a barrel before easing back. Happy to speak, and here he was President Trump has warned magnificent couture, ava nt garde wear, and is doing very well. We of possible retaliation, also have the to have used from, but frustrated and sort of bubbling over saying the us is locked and loaded. Have not opened their own studios, officials in washington have already their own training academies. We with. He was really angry. He did suggested iran is ultimately have a number of designers that are responsible for the attacks. Actually taken to selling different appear to be extremely agitated and countries, like new zealand and this was just after he said he had there is a lot of talk about how the us could potentially escalate australia. Even in different parts been wanting to sit and listen to the whole situation. Of africa as well. So, some what the uk side had to present. Designers go on to do some great and again, i would discount that. And the reason i would discount things. It takes more than just that is because much of the us creative talent, doesnt it . Policy now revolves entirely around ultimately, they are having to run the re Election Campaign your business. Absolutely. It is of donald trump, and the last thing he wants is a mega hard conflict also very well wanting to go to lets hear what Helen Mcentee had to university to do fashion design, but in the middle east. Say. What is clear to me from its actually what happens when you that doesnt get him re elected. Finish, but you go from there . Is it a hobby or this is something that conversations with what colleagues so could a soaring oil price mean you actually want to make into a you and i have to pay more have said privately, there is a need to fillup ourcars . Business . And that is where the difficulties life for a lot of and want for have said privately, there is a need that depends on how long and wantfora have said privately, there is a need and want for a deal but the only the disruption lasts. Designers. Great to talk to you. Ones who can take a deal of the table of the uk and what is clear is but for now, there seems thank you. Little cause for concern. That no such new proposals have been theres definitely no need we have learnt all about what it is to rush off and fill up. Going to take to succeed as a at the moment, the price fashion designer. I am hoping that put on the table. I think the is coming down. Commission president has been very so really, this is really has given us a few ideas. It has. Only a concern if there clear and has been very open in is a sustained Oil Price Rise over saying we are willing to look at any the coming weeks. At the moment, theres really no just bring whatever we were waiting new proposals, proposals that are 30 years ago at the back of the legally sound that are compatible cause for concern at all. Wardrobe lets have a look at the with the Withdrawal Agreement, however, today nothing has been nevertheless, if there markets. The ftse100 having a tabled so we are urging the uk to is long term disruption and oil slightly lacklustre day stop that we put forward those proposals because prices do rise further, motorists could yet see have been watching is quite close to again we want a deal, we are told because of what has been happening an impact on their wallets. The uk want a deal but the only way theo leggett, bbc news. With the oil price. You can see it to avoid a no deal is to look at was up 20 this morning. The biggest some other of proposals. You are in rise since we saw the invasion of kuwait in 1990. That has come down a little bit since then, is a market luxembourg. Explain what happened from the moment borisjohnson setback and affected, donald trump arrived. He was booed as he arrived, said he would put on extra reserves what was going on behind the scenes if needed. How worried should we be . After that . Quite right. Take it lets get more on that story that two former paratroopers have they are 0c it will have to stay back a moment. Won their racial harassment claim that level and go further in the after that . Quite right. Take it backa moment. First after that . Quite right. Take it back a moment. First of all he was coming weeks if youre going to see booed quite loudly by those as he it reflected at the petrol pumps. Against the british army. Exited talks with jean claude but how long is it going to take . These men made a number of juncker. They were largely a british allegations in their hearing. Such that is the big question. We are as they had seen nazi flags, nazi looking at disruption for 5 of the expat group, all pro remain. Then we supply. The oil price has done very memorabilia, soldiers posing with we re expat group, all pro remain. Then we were waiting outside the ministry of well because of the uncertainty that has been going on at the moment. We them images with soldiers posing state where we were talking with cant see the Exchange Rate there, with Tony Robinson and in kenny at but those markets willjust be Prime Minister better. We will were they say they heard racist language watching those pictures you and i about the locals. In the end, most we re watching those pictures you and i were looking just a while ago at a of those claims were rejected either news co nfe re nce were looking just a while ago at a News Conference in luxembourg, because brexit is still very much at the forefront of their minds. It waiting for statements. There was because they were additional claims will be interesting how that plays this large outcry from processes to the original complaint but one out. Thank you very much. Outside the ministry. Protesters. Claim has succeeded against the now its time for a british army and they have lost and look at the weather. Thatis british army and they have lost and that is that when they left, when i think we have lost sam. We will they were about to leave in their try and re establish contact with good afternoon. It is shaping up to barracks in colchester, there was a bea good afternoon. It is shaping up to be a pretty quiet week across the him, talking about what happened at uk, but there are some subtle photograph and that was defaced with that News Conference and why there differences out there. The best of the sunshine today is across the the racist graffiti. At that time mr was that disagreement. Sam, are you northern half of the uk. So few back with us . We lost you there for showers as well, but further south, a moment. They came out and we were many airs have been plagued by a lot gue had decided he would go. It was of cloud, courtesy of these weather just showing the pictures. As boris a contributing factor to nkululeko johnson went to the british embassy, front, but usually dragging its heels, only very slowly moving southwards. You can see from that the luxembourg Prime Minister went zulus decision to leave. We havent such literature a lot of cloud along ahead without him. That is right. The length of that by the front heard from the mod yet. They will foot. Still the odd spot of rain. The media assembled to hear from a argue they have made efforts to stamp out racism in the army. If you temperatures this afternoon, around joint press conference. To 19 or 20 degrees, down towards the relu cta nce joint press conference. To reluctance were set up, there were months ago there was an internal south. These are the temperatures at dozens there, there were also dozens 5pm. I was a little cooler for the review ordered by the then defence of pro eu protesters. Dozens of eu north. We will was particularly secretary Gavin Williamson and that across the north of scotland. As we found there were a disproportionate go through tonight, it will be windy number of claims made by women and across the northern isles. We could ethnic minorities in the armed see gusts of 50 mass per hour or so protesters. At least one with a forces. The recommendations from here. Some showers as well. That review were taken on board and loudspeaker so they were very vocal, elsewhere, some clear spells around. Lots of insults to Boris Johnson. We are being implemented but clearly maybe one or two mass patches. 13 there is a problem there and the did see him arrive and shake hands degrees in new plymouth. Come for army has to address it. Nkululeko with Prime Minister better. Boris the north, it will be another chilly night. Could even be gross for us in johnson put on a brave face. After the most prone spots. Notice by zulu said he now considers the army tomorrow, that frontal system, which was breaking the south is gone. High to bea zulu said he now considers the army to be a racist institution and then the discussions, they no longer will now be the issue of pressure is building in, killing off thought it was appropriate for a that weather front. We are looking compensation. That has not yet been ata joint press conference owen said that weather front. We are looking borisjohnson went resolved so the two parties will at a lot of dry weather. Southern joint press conference owen said Boris Johnson went and gave a pulled have to meet again and resolve that. Pa rt at a lot of dry weather. Southern part should see sunshine through the day. The Channel Islands could take interview to the uk media from the that is a damning comment from a little about apartheid. At the residence of the uk ambassador. What somebody who served 1a years in the other end of the country, we see more controlling and across western is the feeling . Is there a sense scotland, and Northern Ireland, is british army and it is a concern for that it was wrong of the luxembourg another weak front starting and the british army, not least because here. Temperature summer tour they Prime Minister to go ahead without him or what . I went off to cover remember they want to attract more have been today. Remember that weather front in the north, it will bring cloud on some going across the that pooled interview, so i didnt recruits from black, asian, ethnic minorities because they want to northern half of scotland during see Prime Minister bettels speech reflect britain as a whole notjust, wednesday, but further south, and early mist clearing. We will see which it has been predominantly some sunshine as temperatures again on its own but it seems he did white and still is predominately white, but they have a task on their between 13 and 20 degrees. As we really put the boot in without boris head towards the end of the week, hands and they had to make sure johnson alongside him, so there must things to change a little bit, these sorts of cases dont come up have been some anger there. Boris because this area of High Pressure, johnson then gave that interview and again. Which will remain dominant, bobbles the former health minister, its way a little bit further sir norman lamb, is calling he made it quite clear it was for universities to be given a legal eastward. The process continues as because of the noise that he decided duty to provide support to students we head towards the very end of the against holding thatjoint news with Mental Health problems. It weekend, and has a high menses comes as the inquest opened into the death of Ceara Thacker, which, it allows us to draw more of conference. Exactly. He was very who took her own life while studying pointed to say that he was concerned at Liverpool University. Warmerfrom the near our education editor which, it allows us to draw more of warmer from the near continent. There is uncertainty but ijust how he would be drowned out and he said bra nwen jeffreys reports. Warm it is going to get, but he would be drowned out and he said Ceara Thacker was just 19 certainly looks like temperatures he wouldnt be fair to Prime Minister bettel either. What you when she took her life. Well climb towards the end of the she had struggled with her mental beat. It will be largely dry. A bit think the front pages will have as health as a teenager, self harming when she was depressed or anxious. More humidity. So, a greater chance their photograph tomorrow . Id not of seeing some folk at night. The sure will have an empty lectin going to Liverpool University temperatures, by that we can, could was a fresh start. Get to 25 degrees in the south, but she had friends at her hall the chance of some showers, may be thats for sure. Of residence and told her parents the chance of some showers, may be 00 22 49,775 4294966103 13 29,430 the odd thunderstorm on sunday. She was coping, but in february two former paratroopers have of herfirst year, won their racial harassment claim against the british army. Ceara took an overdose. Nkululeko zulu and hani gue had personal photographs defaced with a swastika, cearas father iain said they had no a hitler moustache idea she had attempted suicide. And offensive language. The army says any allegations of inappropriate behaviour if they had, the family would have intervened. Are taken extremely seriously and investigated thoroughly. Instead, they only found out our defence correspondent Jonathan Beale explained after ceara was found dead what the tribunal found. In her room, some months later in may. In notes ceara left to her friends, we are talking about two men, nkululeko zulu and hani gue her boyfriend and to her family, who are members of the 3rd battalion the parachute regiment, she said she had been in a dark based in colchester. And isolating hole. They made a number of allegations in their hearing she could barely express how which i sat through. Desperate and how sad she felt. Such as they had seen nazi flags, nazi memorabilia, soldiers posing with them, cearas dad iain hopes the inquest will give the family answers, images of soldiers posing but he also wants universities with Tommy Robinson and then to think again are they doing enough . On an exercise in kenya they say should families be alerted they heard racist language if students are vulnerable . About the locals. More students are asking for help in the end, most of those claims with their Mental Health. Were rejected either new data suggests that because they were additional claims could depend where you study. Made to the original complaint, 110 universities responded with but one claimant has succeeded information to a campaigning mp. Against the british army, and they have lost, only 26 new the average or longest and that is that when they left, waiting times for counselling. When they were about to leave if we have no idea how long in their barracks in colchester, students are waiting, then there was a photograph and that was defaced we are putting students at risk. With racist graffiti. At that time, hani gue had already we know from the data that the longest waiting times decided he was going to go. Could be over half a term for some it was a contributing factor, students, and we also know the tribunal believes, that there have been some tragedies to the decision of nkululeko zulu amongst the student population. To leave. Universities say they already plan if you remember a few months ago, there was a report out, an internal review ordered a voluntary Mental Health charter by the then defence secretary gavin and need the nhs to provide more williamson and that found effective care for students. There were a disproportionate number Liverpool University said of claims made by women and ethnic it was deeply saddened by cearas minorities in the armed forces. Death and is working with the health the recommendations from that review were taken on board and are being implemented, service on changes. But clearly there is a problem there and the army has got to address it. Damningly, nkululeko zulu told the tribunal that when he joined the army, he had it in high regard. He now considers it to be a racist institution and presumably there will be an issue now over compensation. There will be an issue of compensation which has not yet been resolved, so the two parties will have to meet iran has denied any involvement again and resolve that. Which are claimed by iran aligned yes, that is a damning comment from somebody who served rebels in yemen. In the last few since 2008 up to 2018, moments we have heard from donald ten years in the british army. Trump who has treated. Remember when iran shot down a drone saying it was it is a concern for the british army, not least because remember in their airspace when it was no they want to attract more recruits where close. Now they say they have from black or asian, nothing to do with the attack on the ethnic minorities saudi arabia. Lets talk to our because they want to reflect britain as a whole notjust, which it has security correspondent. There is a been predominantly white, sense of deja vu about the language and still is predominately white, but the severity of this is shown by but they have a task on their hands and they have got to make sure these the fact that all prices are soaring. This is an unprecedented sorts of cases dont come up again. Attack. The saudis have got this enormous, sprawling petrochemical complex and they have got layers oil prices have risen sharply after drone attacks on two Key Facilities in saudi arabia. Upon layer of Concentric Security the United States has issued all around it to prevent a satellite images and cited intelligence to back its claim that land based attack. Which has iran was behind the attacks. But iran says the accusations repelled aisle carried out attacks are baseless and unacceptable. In the alqaeda attacks in the earlier i spoke to our security correspondent who said the strike was unprecedented. The saudis have past. This is massive. Saudi arabia got enormous Oil Petrochemical complex and they have got layers doesnt do much more than petrochemicals in terms of its upon layer of Concentric Security all around it to prevent a industry. What sort of protection is land based attack. There . It has air defences, a lot of all around it to prevent a landbased attack. Which has worked, repelled alqaeda attacks in the past. They have got air defences but cctv, surveillance, sensors but all whatever they had was not proof of that was invaded by whatever came against this wave of the drones and across the wire. There is a lot of possibly even cruise missiles that speculation that may be these were hit it on saturday morning. Helping not actually launched as claimed the countrys oil production. This from yemen. The rebels have said we is massive. Saudi arabia doesnt do sent a rave of ten drones but they much more than petrochemicals in have an eye from yemen so that is the possibility they were launched terms of its industry. What sort of protection is there . It has air from inside saudi arabia, from defences, it has got a lot of cctv, agents inside a saudi. And definitely drones . Not definitely. Surveillance, sensors but all of that was invaded by whatever came possibly. The distance between yemen across the wire. There is a lot of s huge, several hundred kilometres. Speculation that maybe these were the rebels have a drone that could not actually launched as claimed do that and theyve talked about from yemen. The houthi said, we sent having new, more powerful drones with jet a wave of ten drones but they having new, more powerful drones withjet propulsion, but havent said from yemen so there is having new, more powerful drones with jet propulsion, but it is having new, more powerful drones withjet propulsion, but it is being looked into by a number of the possibility that they were countries, agencies as to who did launched from inside saudi arabia this, how did they do it and from from houthi agents. Definitely where and in terms of the oil markets and what will affect you and drones . Possibly. The distance me at the pumps, it is really two between yemen and there is several things. How long it will take the saudis to repair the damage, is it hundred kilometres. The houthis do have a drone that could do that and days, weeks, months . Some are saying they have talked about having new, it is up until november but more more powerful drones with jetport worryingly, could the houthi do it and, but it is being looked into by ain . Worryingly, could the houthi do it again . The one thing not in question and, but it is being looked into by a number of countries, agencies as is this will be an iranian ally that did it. I dont think it was to who did this, how did they do it and from where. And of course in launched from iran. What you want to do this, that would be a direct terms of the oil markets and what attack from one sovereign nation to will affect you and me at the pumps another and that would be a blatant are two things how long it will act of war. The iranians dont do ta ke are two things how long it will take the saudis to repair the such straightforward warfare, they damage, is it days, weeks, months . Do things by proxy. And here we are some are saying it is probably up hearing that the iranian until november, but more worrying, revolutionary guard has seized a because the houthis do it again . The vessel in the gulf allegedly one thing not in question is this smuggling fuel. We dont know at will be an iranian ally that did it. What stage the flag of the vessel i dont think it was launched from but it adds to this picture, iran. 40 want to do that that would ratcheting up the tension in this bea iran. 40 want to do that that would be a direct attack from one region. For the iranians to accuse sovereign nation to another and that would be an act of war. The iranians somebody else of smuggling fuel oil, dont do such straightforward warfare, they do things by proxy. It is rare. On a serious note, i here we are hearing that the iranians revolutionary guard has seized a vessel in the gulf smuggling diesel fuel to the united was golf correspondent based in arab emirates. We dont know what flag the vessel house but it all adds to this picture of ratcheting dubai and the smuggling of fuel oil that came down the iranian coast was up adds to this picture of ratcheting up the tension in this region the. For the iranians to accuse someone astronomical, huge. And basically else or smuggling feel oil would be what happens is the smuggler s off like you accusing somebody of being the coast guard all the way down the a journalist. Im not coast and the oil makes a quick like you accusing somebody of being ajournalist. Im not sure how ta ke ajournalist. Im not sure how take that. Take it as a compliment. Dash, it would make a dash across the gulf to ports on the arab side, it is where i call you a journalist but take it. On a serious note, i the gulf to ports on the arab side, the arabian side of the gulf. It has was gulf, respondent and the a lwa ys the arabian side of the gulf. It has always happened so arresting a ship for that, this is pure politics, this is gaming. Highstakes gaming. Smuggling of fuel oil that came down the iranian coast was astronomical, va ry this is gaming. Highstakes gaming. Vary but iran is good at that. They huge. Basically what happens is the are very clever at pushing it right smugglers pay off the coast guard all the way down the coast and the to the limit and backing off. The background to all of this is that oil then makes a quick dash across iran is really suffering under us sanctions. The america pulled out the gulf to ports on the arab side, unilaterally from obamas iran the gulf to ports on the arab side, the arabian side of the gulf. There nuclear deal and the us, the trump has always been smuggling so to arrest a ship for that, this is pure administration is putting iran under maximum pressure, trying to crush politics, this is gaming. Its economy and stop its oil exports high stakes gaming. And bring the country to its knees. Politics, this is gaming. Highstakes gaming. Vary but iran is iran is finding asymmetric ways of good at that. They are good at hitting back at this. Thank you very pushing it right to the limit then backing off a bit. The background to much. You are watching after new this is iran is suffering under us sanctions. The americans pulled out live. Unilaterally from obamas iran new Research Suggests that many british workers arent getting nuclear deal and the us, the trump basic employment rights. The Resolution Foundation found that some employers were ignoring their obligation administration is putting iran under to provide paid holiday, the minimum wage and even payslips. Maximum pressure, trying to crush its economy and stop its oil exports it wants the government to do more to enforce the law. And bring the country to its knees. Heres Katie Prescott there are certain things we take for iran is finding asymmetric ways of granted about working. The minimum hitting back at this. Lets hear wage, payslips and of course holidays. Those kinds of for three and a half years, we have been arguing that when the final things in particular even though details were available for brexit it our markets are up and fully awake, should be put to the public for the final say in grumpy as ever, over and you are, should be put to the public for the finalsay ina should be put to the public for the final say in a peoples vote, and we still think that is the best way to they are just waking up to all of resolve this brexit issue. And we will continue to argue for that in this, and we are at the new york parliament. But if we dont manage stock exchange. It is really to secure that, and we find fascinating this, because as i was ourselves in a general election, saying, there is a combination of that might be the opportunity that factors going on when it comes to the oil price. There is. First of the public have to make their voice all, we saw that oil pressure top heard on brexit. And as a party that 20 , as you said, because it was so much uncertainty about how bad this wholeheartedly believes that our attack is and how long the damage best future is within the european will be sustained. Since then, we union, we need to give the British Public the chance to vote for it by have seen but President Trump say, if needed, the oil supply and the saying, if you elect a liberal states could be released, and also democrat majority government, then we will stop brexit by revoking be sought saudi aramco saying they could draw on their research. The article 50. It is not deliberately divisive anyway. There are people, oil prices up about 9. 6 . There is including former mps of your party, lots of questions about the who are saying, that is going to geopolitics under threat of alienate people. Even people who retaliation. Mr donald trump it as voted liberal democrat, who do understand that there needs to be outlined in the sense that his another referendum, but the idea of secretary of state michael pompeo, just blocking it outright is just also has energy secretary, both not going to appeal to people. just blocking it outright is just not going to appeal to people. I am blamed iran for this, but as we proud that my party has genuine and know, it is the rebels in yemen who claimed responsibility. Donald trump constructive debate, and it was overwhelmingly passed as our policy hasnt named iran as yet. He is at this conference. I think that waiting to hear for hasnt named iran as yet. He is waiting to hearfor saudi arabia hasnt named iran as yet. He is waiting to hear for saudi arabia for verification who was behind this attack. He said the us is locked and its about being straightforward and honest. I totally accept that lots loaded. A lot of questions about of people wont agree with it, but i what exactly he meant by that, in do think you have to stand up for that fear of retaliation is weighing on markets. If you look at the what you think is right, and giving screen behind me, the dowjones is people that choice is important. And even the people who disagree with us down between point 3m. 4 . This is a picture that is changing all the time is more information comes in. On this, i think to recognise that it is really interesting, because we are being very clear about where when you look back at previous oil we are being very clear about where we stand, rather than the fudge that price shocks, as we like to call you get from the labour party, for them, the us is in quite a different example. Very rocky listen out for a beautiful clarinet solo just coming up. Indeed. I think it is of concern. It isjust another worry so it talks you through indeed. I think it is of concern. It the different stages is just another worry for people, why it is so important as well to of the performance, its really helpful. Look at. What the issue is as how is there an argument for leaving technology out of this . Long it goes on for. If the outage this is a Classical Music concert isjust for a theatre, i know, theres definitely long it goes on for. If the outage is just for a theatre, that long it goes on for. If the outage isjust for a theatre, that is one an argument and i was thing. If it goes on for a couple of curious about this myself, because i wouldnt normally hits, it might affect the oil price use a mobile phone. I would be very focused and i might more. Ministers become more of an be quite cross about somebody issue, if it goes on for weeks into using a mobile phone months, and then obviously, there is the bbc philharmonic plan to offer phone updates talk of prices prices going up to at all their concerts this season. Between 75 and 100 a barrel. If it this prom is one of the first carries on like that for any period of time, that is when it could times its been trialled. Really impact, and that starts to affect consumers and prices and pumps and things like that. How much i think its disturbing, a bit. Not distracting at all, does this matter to the wider for people trying to listen . No, no, i think it gives everyone economy . In the 70s and 805, we a chance to enjoy it. Every what im listening to. Time this has happened in the past, it has tended to be a sort of head you think some people see people on their phones and get a bit annoyed . Of the economic downturn globally, i think a lot of people are used so of the economic downturn globally, so that is worrying. I think it is to it now, just multitasking. So, i think its a good idea. Important. Especially at the moment where there is so much uncertainty and so much turmoil, things like whats it like then, as a performer, knowing that the audience that really rattle people. Of is actually being encouraged course, others are still bonus. If to use their phones . You look at bp or shell today, their i mean, i think its great. Share prices have gone up, so anyone of shares in those companies are sometimes Classical Music concerts doing very well out of the back of can be a bit intimidating, it. It is worrying, and something to especially from a huge orchestra like the bbc philharmonic, watch, so it doesnt necessarily but maybe this is encouraging, spell disaster or run. We fixate on might attract different people to come to the concerts. This is Classical Music, oil price on days like this, but has shouldnt we be keeping technology away from it . Repercussions for other items on the its a place to escape from the modern world, surely . Market, not just repercussions for other items on the market, notjust commodities, but we respect people who want to go currencies i5 market, notjust commodities, but currencies is now in equities too. Hello, youre watching afternoon live im simon mccoy. Today at 3 still awaiting your solutions. The eu Commission President , Jean Claude Juncker, tells borisjohnson no ones seen any uk proposals to amend the controversial irish backstop. Meanwhile, crowds gather to boo mrjohnson as he meets the Prime Minister of luxembourg. Two former paratroopers win a racial harassement claim against the british army. Oil prices surge after drone attacks on Saudi Arabian facilities knocked out 5 of global supply. Coming up on afternoon live, all the sport. Joe root says he wants to lead his country into the next ashes series as england finished the summer on a high. And the weather. Temperatures are climbing. It may feel like were on a high by the weekend, but i will also have pictures from spain where today at five borisjohnson it has been raining to say the pulls out of a press conference on brexit in luxembourg least. All coming up. Also coming up should you feed after being booed by crowds. The online trolls . High profils celebrities pledge not to publish the abuse his podium awaits, they recieve on social media. To publish the abuse but no mrjohnson the Prime Minister of luxembourg left alone to express clear frustration with the talks. Dont put the blame on us because now they dont know how to get out of this. 5ituation they put themselves in. Hello, everyone this is afternoon live im simon mccoy. Were still waiting. Earlier he met the Eu Commission thats the message from the eu president , who said the uk offered no solution to the irish Commission President , Jean Claude Juncker, as he met borisjohnson for a working lunch in luxembourg. Whilst snails were on the menu, border i55ue but the prime it was the issue of speed that is clearly on the eus mind. Minister told the bbc everyone mrjuncker said the commission was willing and open to examine was fed up and wants to get a deal. I think that theyve had a belly proposals on the irish backstop the method to prevent full of all this stuff. A hard border in ireland they want to develop a new relationship with the but so far there hadnt been any. Uk. He travels to strasbourg this afternoon to address the Eu Parliament on brexit tomorrow. Mrjohnson travels back to the uk this afternoon. Tomorrow, his decision to Prorogue Parliament will come under scrutiny in the supreme court. Our europe correspondent, adam fleming reports. Are you paying . I dont have the choice lunch is on luxembourger. This is the first time the Prime Minister and the president had met face to face. Do you like snails . Over snails and salmon, the pair discussed the prospects of a revised brexit deal with an alternative to the so called irish backstop. A deal which Boris Johnson thinks is getting closer. Well, were cautious, cautious. Writing in the daily telegraph, the Prime Minister said. Weve been very clear on the approach and the Prime Minister will reaffirm those with Jean Claude Juncker and Michel Barnier today, which is we want to remove the anti democratic backstop. Weve set forward a range of technical proposals as to how we would do that. But that optimism is not shared by people sitting on the other side of the table in this fancy restaurant. Jean claudejuncker has given an interview to german radio where he says he doesnt think there is an alternative deal out there, and he warned that time is running out. That frustration was shared at a separate meeting of european ministers in brussels today. We are just waiting for some proposals, its very difficult to react without a concrete proposal, so we will see if its possible for Michel Barnier to receive something in the next days or hours. The European Union is always ready to negotiate, when they have a proposal from the United Kingdom side, so far i havent seen any proposal that would compensate the current backstop. The two men spent more than an hour together, but government sources say this process still has a long way to run. It looks like a wonderful restaurant. This lunch date was about maintaining momentum, not making a big breakthrough. Adam fleming, bbc news, luxembourg. A short while ago, borisjohnson met with luxembourgs Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, but was greeted by a cacophony of boos from pro eu p rotesto rs. That has led to the cancellation of the News Conference that was scheduled for this afternoon. You can see their podium where the two would have had that conference but because of the noise and booing and the use of a megaphone, chance from many british expats. We may well hear from the luxembourg many british expats. We may well hearfrom the luxembourg Prime Minister right now so lets just listen in. If we can. Thank you very much for listening to me. I think demonstrating is a right in a democracy. It is important also to be able to exchange and to listen to each other. I wanted to thank mr johnson, who was here today for the exchange that we had. For me it was important to listen to the Prime Minister, to listen to concrete proposals to avoid a no deal brexit. For luxembourg, our position in regards to a deal has always been very clear. The First Priority in any Withdrawal Agreement or declaration on the future relationship is to preserve the single market. Second, we need a deal that protects the good friday agreement and avoids a hard border on the irish island at all costs. Cheering. The only solution that is currently on the table that meets all this criteria is the Withdrawal Agreement that we agreed on in november last year with Michel Barnier and has support of all the 27 members and also by the European Parliament. I know that the uk government is unhappy with the Withdrawal Agreement as it stands. That is why i thought it was important to speak to Prime Ministerjohnson to get proposals. We need more thanjust words. We need a legally operable text to go on as soon as possible if you want to meet the october deadline. I have never minced my words when asked about another extension, so let me be very clear once again. An extension is only an option if it serves a purpose. We will not grant another extension just for the sake of granting another extension. Historically the uk has always been important ally to my country but most importantly a close friend. The ties that link our people are strong and that wont change with brexit. But our people need to know what is going to happen to them in six weeks time. They need clarity, they need certainty and they need stability. You cannot hold a future hostage for Party Political gains cheering. So cheering. So now it is on mrjohnson. He holds the future of all uk citizens and it is his responsibility. Your people, our people count on you. But the clock is ticking. Use your time wisely. Thank you. A pretty uncompromising message there from the luxembourg Prime Minister. Lets listen in to questions. Would you characterise a new proposal and do you recognise his description so far that there has been great progress made . For me ijust have one Withdrawal Agreement of the table and is the one from last year. There are no changes. There are no concrete proposals for the moment on the table. And i wont give an agreement to ideas. We need written proposals and the time is ticking. So stop speaking but act if you want to discuss different proposals, but we wont accept any agreement who goes against the single market, who will be against the good friday agreement. We still have a part of ireland and Northern Ireland on our table in the future. He will still sit in my european family and that is ireland. And the solidarity with our irish colleagues is strong and we wont let them alone in this topic. Yes . Did you fix any new dates to speak with the Northern Irish or with the irish . |j dates to speak with the Northern Irish or with the irish . I have no mandate to negotiate. I was here to listen to borisjohnson. We have one negotiator which is Michel Barnier and his mission was to commission, do the negotiations with the uk government for the moment we have one Withdrawal Agreement and nothing else. The meeting with mrjohnson was longer than planned. We exchanged about the different positions of the uk government but i told him, i hear a lot but i dont read a lot. If they want that we are able to discuss about anything, we need it on the written side but for the moment ijust have one written deal. I repeat, this brexit, it is not my choice. It has been a decision from the party, David Cameron to do it. They decide. They decide. I deeply regret it but dont put the blame on us because now they dont know how to get out of this situation. They put themselves in this situation. It is not my choice. Based on your meeting today, will brexit still happen on october 31 and if so, will it be an orderly or disorderly brexit . I asked also mrjohnson that i read brexit . I asked also mrjohnson that iread in brexit . I asked also mrjohnson that i read in the papers a few days ago that it goes from big progress to hulk to David Cameron proposing a second brexit. And mr cameron, mr johnson said there would not be a second referendum because i asked him, wouldnt that be a solution to get out of this situation . There wont be a second referendum and my wish would be to have a deal. A new deal is a lose lose situation. We are at the last years to fix an agreement and the ball, the decision is now in westminster. But i have no guarantee if mrjohnson is able to do an agreement where he thinks he could try to pass to parliament that he will get a majority in the house of commons. You have said that he would not provide an extension again without a good reason. Over the course of the weekend, it was floated the idea of extending the transition. By one or two years by mutual consent. Would that be something you would prepared to extend the event the desire on your pa rt extend the event the desire on your part for certainty . The fact is our citizens want to have a certainty as long as they dont know what is going to happen, they dont know what will be their own future. If we say it is for one or more years, this time we need to find new decisions. This is a nightmare. People would love to have clarity. They would love to know what is going to happen in london, what will happen in the eu. Imagine a european citizen in london and you dont know how your future looks like . Imagine uk citizens living in europe . You dont know if you need special agreement to stay in the country, send your children to school . People need clarification. To use of new delays is not in the interest of our citizens. Cheering. Hello. I was wondering, because the message is quite confusing so mr johnson keeps saying he is making Good Progress can be you keep telling us you have no written proposals on the table. Can you explain to us why you have no written proposals on the table and what explanation has mrjohnson given you for not putting anything in writing on the table . |j given you for not putting anything in writing on the table . I am neither the spokesman all the writer of mrjohnson so youll have ask him. Iforthe of mrjohnson so youll have ask him. Ifor the moment. Of mrjohnson so youll have ask him. Iforthe moment. He told me that he understood my message that it has to be not only ideas. It has to be clarification. He said brexit is lied about brexit in the past. |j remember before brexit, people said to some voters that they will get money back for social insurances, but acts it will be done in 24 hour is in everything would be good and there were a lot of things i have to say that before the referendum, no one was able to say sorry, this is a lie and that is also a pity of some people in the uk who are not Strong Enough to say, no, this is a lie and you try to get votes with also lies. That is the reason why i since the beginning said that a Good Campaign of information, to explain to people what will be the risk, that would have been much more useful than organising a referendum than giving to people impressions then let them vote then afterwards regret the result they get. Cheering. You mentioned parliament and him not having a majority. Did you ask him if he would remain within the law . He has indicated he wouldnt. This wouldnt happen in luxembourg. These negotiations have been described apparently in downing street by some asa sham. Apparently in downing street by some as a sham. Do you think this is part ofa as a sham. Do you think this is part of a blame game that these negotiations since are not taking place to this is theatre so that borisjohnson can place to this is theatre so that Boris Johnson can blame place to this is theatre so that borisjohnson can blame the eu when it all falls apart at the end of october . Now we speak about theatre. Yesterday someone spoke about hulk. It isa yesterday someone spoke about hulk. It is a too serious matter to speak about actors and a script. The fact is some would love to give the blame to another. And not being responsible for the situation. Again, one party, the conservative party, decided to organise that referendum. A clear Information Campaign from my point of view was not organised in the uk with all the risks of a referendum and of brexit. The third thing is, now people try to blame the others because we cannot find an agreement. We did not decide to organise that brexit. It is the unilateral decision of the uk government. We had to accept the result but it is not unilateral way that the uk government will decide what will be the next relations with the eu. We sit around the table, we have a Withdrawal Agreement and this has been accepted by the uk government. I want to repeat and remind that theresa may accepted the Withdrawal Agreement, so dont make it like the European Union would be the bad guy not accepting decisions that the uk proposes. They accepted them and it is not under my responsibility if they are not able to find a United Kingdom back in london and the house of commons. These are her main problems and we have to deal with that which makes ourselves in a more general problems. I went accept any time to be responsible as a european leader, neither the commission or the 27 other countries for the mess we are infor other countries for the mess we are in for the moment. Thank you. Cheering. The Prime Minister theyre speaking with clarity and passion about brexit. The Prime Minister of luxembourg. Five Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson luxembourg. Five Prime Minister of Great Britain borisjohnson not able to attend that conference because of the noise. Cancelled a joint appearance but there is considerable anger in the air. Oh to be a fly on the wall at the meeting earlier. Talking of the blame game, he turned to the uk, said, dont blame the eu. They dont know how to get out of the situation they have got themselves in. I am hearing a lot, but i dont read a lot. There is a Withdrawal Agreement on the table, it has been there for a year. Ive seen no it has been there for a year. Ive seen no other documents of any releva nce seen no other documents of any relevance and he said this is a home made problem and the eu is not responsible. And yes, clarity, passion and some anger. Lets go to david Grimm Atticus who is following that. You dont often see that. Fascinating. Look at the optics. You had two podiums there, one was empty. One had the luxembourg Prime Minister. I have seen him and spoken to him at many summits. He is a mild mannered, friendly man who often mild mannered, friendly man who ofte n sto ps mild mannered, friendly man who often stops to talk and gives his opinion. I have never seen him as agitated as he was just now. And as sort of punchy and direct. And he was very, sort of punchy and direct. And he was very, very clear in where he was directing his criticism. He talked about he said you cant hold the future hostage for one Party Political gain. Mrjohnson holds the future of every eu citizen living in the uk. He later said about, he said one party, the conservative party, organise this referendum. It is not my responsibility if they are not able to find a United Kingdom back home to get a deal through parliament. And his realfrustration i think coming through, so interesting to see. He didnt give any indication that there had been something that mrjohnson said that had given him any confidence at all. In fact he made very clear he said, i wont give agreement to ideas so stop speaking and act, and i think thatis stop speaking and act, and i think that is a bubbling frustration on the eu side, that we have had quite a few weeks now since borisjohnson said he would come forward with ideas and he hasnt done so up to this point. We have always heard from the uk that these negations would be held behind closed doors. We have had a running commentary and it isa we have had a running commentary and it is a damning one. Yes, and i think interesting because this, mr battle said he was not there to negotiate, he was there to listen to what mrjohnson had to say and it doesnt seem that he had any thing that pleased him very much. The important issue is what comes off the back of this, whether something is delivered here in brussels to the negotiators. But just is delivered here in brussels to the negotiators. Butjust the optics of it were not great. Those protesters there, luxembourg is a pretty sleepy place. When you go to luxembourg you dont get protest like this happening and those, i think it was british citizens living in luxembourg who were there, making all that noise, seem to have convinced Boris Johnson all that noise, seem to have convinced borisjohnson not to take pa rt convinced borisjohnson not to take part in that press conference because of all the shouting and loudspeakers, loud hailer is there. What we got was this one singular view from the Prime Minister of luxembourg, who really does sound frustrated and he repeated that the lion, go away and use this time wisely. That was the light that donald tusk came out with months ago when the uk was given the extension earlier in the year and i think maybe the reason for frustration on the eu side is that nothing much has moved forward since then. Damian, thank you very much. Lets go to our Political Correspondent in westminster. Difficult to know where to start because it was so passionate and it was, very damning of the british position. What a difference 24 hours can make. From yesterday, borisjohnson comparing the uk to the incredible hulk, getting angrier and angrier and more powerful. The next day the objects of not turning up at a press conference do not look good and for the european side, some will see that quite frankly as a metaphor for what is going on over the past few months. They dont think the uk has a watertight or legally operable alternative. Behind the scenes, downing street is insisting that is not the case, that it is putting things on the table. It has ideas that are being discussed but it hasnt put them down in text yet and you could see the frustration from the Prime Minister of luxembourg that there wasnt something to take away and dissect, something they could say, is this going to work on the irish border . Is it going to fulfil the promises that Boris Johnson is making . And the danger is that frustration we have just seen from luxembourgs Prime Minister may be being felt by others too and if it is, it doesnt paint a good omen for a deal being signed off in a months time at that meeting. Does it mean it is dead . Absolutely not because downing street intends to put together some sort of document that would set settle its proposals for the irish border and for customs and Regulatory Frameworks between the eu and uk, but it doesnt paint a positive picture and the optics of that press conference, not good for the Prime Minister. Boris johnson has decided to give a statement to a small group of journalists. After he to give a statement to a small group ofjournalists. After he decided against appearing with the luxembourg Prime Minister there. The difficulty with that is, one weekend you are described as the incredible hulk and then you become the incredible sulk because a lot of people are looking at this and going, just the imagery of that empty podium is very damaging. Going, just the imagery of that empty podium is very damagingm doesnt give you much confidence that these talks are on the verge of some sort of breakthrough. To be honest, before today, both downing street and the european side were playing at the prospect of an imminent breakthrough. There was something thatJean Claude Juncker said earlier about these talks continuing, then being available 20 47, downing street saying they will be accelerated. At least these talks are going to continue. But what borisjohnson are going to continue. But what Boris Johnson needs are going to continue. But what borisjohnson needs if he is going to get that deal that he says he wa nts to get that deal that he says he wants is for europe to believe him, to believe that his proposals are serious and to believe that they can be enacted and what you heard from luxembourgs Prime Minister doesnt suggest that is something europe is concluding at the moment and it means Boris Johnson has concluding at the moment and it means borisjohnson has to get a move on if he is going to persuade europe that in a months time there isa europe that in a months time there is a deal to be signed off. All the while, conversations continue about what will happen if that doesnt happen, a no deal brexit. The latest riddle from number ten today is they wont break the law, that law of cause passed by mps a couple of weeks ago to they hope to stop a no deal brexit, but again, saying, no matter what happens, the 31st of october, the uk will leave with or without a deal. Huge discussions without a deal. Huge discussions with europe coming as well and some huge battles here starting tomorrow in the supreme court. The liberal democrats are holding their annual Party Conference in bournemouth. Yesterday, delegates voted to revoke brexit, if they win a majority at the next general election. The partys leader, jo swinson, sat down with our chief political our Political Correspondent Jonathan Blake is in bournemouth. I suppose they were watching that open mouthed. I suppose they were watching that openmouthed. A bit of a distraction for the lib dems here this afternoon and watching with interest i can imagine, because that subject of brexit has dominated the liberal democrats Party Conference. As you might expect not least because the party has shifted further in its anti brexit stance, that big vote yesterday by Party Members to adopt a new sea yesterday by Party Members to adopt a new sea of campaigning in a general election to invoke article 50, cancel brexit without holding a further referendum. If the liberal democrats were to win a majority and be able to form a government. There has been a bit of criticism coming from within the party at that move. Some worried it is taking them too far to the extreme, overturning the referendum result without holding another one, not least the lib dem mp norman lamb who has been at odds with the Party Position for some time. Nevertheless, this morning warning that the polarisation in the Brexit Debate is dangerous and the party needs to be careful what it wishes for. Jo swinson, the party leader, has been defending that policy in interviews today and speaking to bbc news, she said it was right that the party did what it felt was right and it was important to give people a choice, even though she acknowledged lots of people would disagree with the partys decision. It will only be able to carry out that policy if the lib dems finds itself in government. If they dont and if they dont win an election outright, bearing in mind that will take winning 300 odd seeds, what they do then may be more pressing a decision and jo swinson has again today ruled out supporting either the current Prime Minister or the leader of the labour party and helping them form a government if no party wins a majority in an election. I am not going to supportjeremy in an election. I am not going to support Jeremy Corbyn or Boris Johnson because they are not up to the job. In johnson because they are not up to thejob. In an johnson because they are not up to the job. In an Election Campaign the country will have the chance to vote for a better future. They are not up to it. It is not good enough and the country deserves better. The other big draw for the Party Faithful here in bournemouth is the new mps who have come on board to the lib dems from labour and the tories in recent weeks. Jo swinson has been saying she is having conversations all the time with other mps who have left or are considering leaving their Current Party and thinking about coming on board to the liberal democrats. So maybe before the conference closes tomorrow afternoon, we will have more defections. We will just afternoon, we will have more defections. We willjust have to wait and see. The party is keeping tight lipped on that but one of them we re tight lipped on that but one of them were speaking here this morning, doing his best to go on something of a Charm Offensive with the faithful and convince them he is one of them in his speech seems to go down pretty well. On twitter everybody is publishing a still photograph of the luxembourg podium. His hand out to Boris Johnson and Boris Johnson podium. His hand out to Boris Johnson and borisjohnson is not there. A remarkable News Conference. Lets have a look at the weather because there is a lot happening in spain in terms of weather and they are recovering from some torrential rain. Huge amounts of rain over the last five or six days. At home it is a High Pressure story but this was very much a low pressure story. It goes back over the last few days. The mediterranean very warm so a lot of warmth, moisture being scooped up by that low and piled into the south eastern part of spain. A lot of rain falls down and then it funnels through and we get scenes like these. These pictures on friday. You can see the ferocity of the flood water. It is almost impossible to imagine enough water funnelling through to move cars like this. How unusual is this here . In spain, funnily enough, they had a similar event last autumn, october 2018 and it does happen at this time of year. Back in 2012 there was another rainfall event in this part of spain, it is partly because the mediterranean is so warm and also later in the year we get more cold air pushing from the north. Whenever we get cold and warm and temperature contrasts interacting, that tends to drive the most severe weather. Through many parts of the mediterranean at this part of the year, you can expect thunderstorms. This just shows you that now the water has mostly cleared. Those showers have moved inland but there is still a huge amount of clearing up is still a huge amount of clearing up to do. This is how much rain we saw over the course of five days. 370 millimetres over five days. In mountainous areas, it funnels through quickly and that is why you get those torrents we have seen in those shots. Ok. Is that having an effect on what we are experiencing . Not really. Pa rt effect on what we are experiencing . Not really. Part of the problem, that area of low pressure that got marooned, it was cut off from anything else going on in the weather around the globe, so it was allowed to sit and spin. But that will get a move on this week and actually we will see some spanish weather but some warmth. Some warmth as we head with the end of the week. Lets get into the detail. This is today. Not a bad looking date if you are spending it in st andrews in fife. Further south, that was cornwall earlier on. A lot of cloud, outbreaks of rain. You can see that cloud linked in with their slow moving frontal system and it has been plaguing central and southern parts of the uk so far today. As we go through what is left of the afternoon tour with the rush hour, you can just of the afternoon tour with the rush hour, you canjust see of the afternoon tour with the rush hour, you can just see some of the afternoon tour with the rush hour, you canjust see some patchy rain coming out of that cloud across parts of southern england and south wales. To the north of that, spells of sunshine but a line up showers pushing down across scotland. The north east of scotland will turn windy again tonight. We could see windy again tonight. We could see wind gusts in excess of 50 mph but elsewhere, clear spells allowing it to get quite chilly. Temperatures as low as two or three degrees. Could bea low as two or three degrees. Could be a touch of frost to stop tomorrow. But this area of High Pressure continues to dominate. It will build in over the next 24 hour is also, so that system that has been bringing all the cloud in the south, it starts to break apart. The cloud clears. Then what we are looking at is a largely fine day, spells of sunshine. That turning hazy towards the north west because there is another weather front waiting in the wings. Top temperatures of 13 20 degrees. That high front in the north west makes its move on wednesday. Some cloud, splashes of rain. Further south, sunshine and again temperatures of 13 20d. Those temperatures of 13 20d. Those temperatures will start to move as we had towards the end of the week. Ourarea of high we had towards the end of the week. Our area of High Pressure will still be with us. Venting or the weather fronts off at this stage but as that high wobbles eastwards, as removed was the end of the week, that will open the way to that warm air. Uncertainty about how warm that air is going to be but certainly temperatures are set to rise for the end of the week and it will be dry. With that warmth and humidity and light winds, overnight fog could start to be a problem, some of that could be quite extensive. But look at the temperatures, london 25 degrees by saturday, 20 further north in edinburgh. By sundayjust hence we could see things starting to break down from the west, a scattering of showers and thunderstorms but that is still a long way off. Plenty of dry weather to come and something warmer as we 01 34 56,493 4294966103 13 29,430 head into the start of the week
