The other thing that happened was we took a different approach to the way we managed property. We wanted to be more ambitious with different strategic objectives. Back came together and we began negotiations in the spring of 2017. We agreed to end our relationship with carillion. This was way before then, the first profit warning was given by the company was facing financial difficulty. We concluded the negotiation to reach a settlement the day before the profit warning came out on the 30th ofjune. We can only speculate that perhaps the experience you believe the council went through with carillion may have contributed to some of the financial problems the company was having anyway.
