If russia decides to admit what happens and co operate fully, they may be convinced to draw a line under it and move forward with reform. However the World Anti Doping Agency now has evidence, apart from my client, they have obtained the entire Laboratory InformationManagement System that shows thousands and thousands of dirty tests.
