When it saw the lorry approaching, it hit the brakes. Unfortunately, the human driver of the lorry did not do that and glided into the shuttle. The driver was given a ticket by police and the shuttle is expected to be backin and the shuttle is expected to be back in action on thursday. Like most crashes involving autonomous vehicles, it appears human error is certainly to blame here. It was not a crazy impact. I think the shuttle does need to be improved a bit so it could either have a horn on it so somebody could honk if there is an accident or if theres going to be an accident, or there needs to be away for the shuttle to back up but it didnt do anything wrong.
