Headmaster Scott Wilson ’75 and his wife, Susan, didn't waste any time jumping into the new outdoor swimming pool that was dedicated in their honor under a beautiful blue sky.
The new Wilson Activity Center features a diving pool and platform, a wading pool for younger children and campers, and a four-lane, 25-yard lap pool for games and exercise, all situated overlooking the Tennessee River behind Roddy Theater and Ireland Art Studio.
Baylor Board Chairman Ryan Crimmins '78 welcomed trustees and other guests to the ribbon-cutting ceremony and delivered remarks recognizing the Wilson's service to Baylor, along with Dean of Faculty William Montgomery '92. Former board chairman Zan Guerry '67 read a touching letter from former Headmaster Herb Barks '51.
