A project to draw attention to Bayfield’s nautical heritage and fishing families has been given approval by the municipality’s councillors.
The project will see the installation of a replica of Bayfield’s historic weather warning signal pole as well as an elevated ship’s wheel clock structure on the traffic islands at the northwest corner of Clan Gregor Square.
