Dimapur, Oct. 30 (EMN): Bautung Government Higher Secondary School in Longleng celebrated its 50th anniversary on October 28 at the school auditorium with Thavaseelan K, principal director of School Education, as the special guest. In his jubilee address, the special guest congratulated the school and the faculty on attaining the 50th milestone. Describing education as the key to success and the most powerful weapon to change the world, he exhorted the students to learn, equip, update and change with the given resources to achieve success in lives. He also advised the students to be sincere and committee in their studies in order to transform their goals and dreams into a reality, a DIPR report stated. In his advice to the parents, Thavaseelan stated that education is the best investment and most expensive gift they could give to their child.
