Battle over Medicaid expansion in South Dakota now faces voter referral campaign (and a Supreme Court challenge)
Dakotans for Health filed paperwork this week with the South Dakota Supreme Court to issue an emergency ruling allowing them to petition to delay a vote on requiring a 60% threshold for constitutional amendments that cost $10 million or more.
