'Battle Athletes Daiundōkai ReSTART' Anime Reveals New Promo & Premiere Date

It was positively shocking back in June 2020 when we learned that a new 
Battle Athletes project was getting underway. Way back in the late 90s when Pioneer was getting their original anime line going and coming up with titles after
Tenchi Muyo, one of them was the 
Battle Athletes OVA series that leads into the
Battle Athletes Victory TV series that re-imagined the OVA series. And that TV series, if I recall, was one of the first TV series to get DVD release – something we had to 
fight for back then because distributors were looking for just OVAs and movies to put on the format.
