Bath man arrested on sexual abuse, child endangerment charges
Troopers began investigating after receiving a complaint at 8 a.m. Wednesday

BATH — A Steuben County man was arrested Wednesday on two felony charges, accused by New York State Police of having sexual contact with a child.
Jeffrey D. Clark, 34, of Bath was arrested at about 6 p.m., Wednesday for first-degree criminal sex act, victim less than 13-years-old, and first-degree sexual abuse, victim less than 13 and suspect 21 or older. The counts are class B and D felonies, respectively.
Clark was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
