Base price of petrol, diesel up Rs 4 but retail rates rise Rs 20 in a year

India Business News: NEW DELHI: Fuel prices have gone up by more than Rs 20 since May 2020, even though the base cost of petrol and diesel has risen by only Rs 3-4 a litre.
