The co-founder and artistic director of the St. Petersburg Ballet Conservatory has been arrested on battery and molestation charges after investigators said he had “an inappropriate sexual relationship" with a student.
St. Petersburg police arrested Servy Gallardo, 52, on Monday. He is charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious battery and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation. Police said the victim was 15.

He also serves as the chief choreographer for the conservatory, which has been in business since 2018, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
