As of Friday, the listing is ongoing while mass vaccination continues this week in various sites. "We have been master listing children aged 5 to 11 in preparation for their vaccination. We will just wait for the Department of Health (DOH) to give the go signal," EOC-TF Executive Director Em Ang and coordinator of the city's Covid-19 Vaccination Council (CoVac) said in a statement. Currently, vaccines are available for those going for either the first, second, or booster doses in various shopping malls, bus terminals, quick service restaurant branches, barangay gymnasiums, and covered courts. As of January 6, Bacolod has recorded 414,880 fully vaccinated individuals, surpassing the more than the 410,00 target population by 1.02 percent, based on the report of the DOH-Western Visayas. The city's sustained vaccination campaign will include the re-deployment of Vax-i bus on January 10 to conduct mobile vaccination in various public markets, relocation sites, and residential subdivisions. Dr. Chris Sorongon, medical deputy of the EOC-TF, said they are also prioritizing booster shots for those inoculated with double-dose vaccines after at least three months and those with single-dose vaccines after at least two months.
