Most businesses and homes should be in a much better state today as residents continued clean-ups yesterday of the heavy ash left behind from the La Soufriere volcano.
Coordinator of the National Clean-Up Campaign and Minister of Housing and Lands Dr William Duguid said they were working towards reopening Government buildings today.
He said they gave priority to the Warrens Office Complex,
Government House, the Ministry of Housing which houses the Treasury, and Verona House yesterday.
