CHICAGO — A 1-year-old boy was in critical condition after being shot in the right temple while in a car involved in a road-rage shooting, according to Chicago police.
Witnesses called police just after 11 a.m. when they heard shots fired on South Lake Shore Drive downtown, police said. A woman was seen getting out of the car with a toddler, and she and the child were taken by an unknown person to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
