Axis Receives $100,000 Grant From Fremont Bank Foundation

Axis Community Health has announced that the Fremont Bank Foundation has contributed $100,000 to aid in the establishment of a state-of-the-art medical facility at 1686 2nd Street in downtown Livermore.
