Avondale pulls away from Ferndale for 3-1 win, clinching first outright league title in a decade

Auburn Hills Avondale scored twice in the last 10 minutes of Monday’s game, beating Ferndale 3-1 to clinch the Oakland Activities Association Blue Division boys soccer title, the Yellow Jackets’ first outright crown in a decade.
