Auto-Scaling a Spring Boot Native App With Nomad

In this tutorial we will use Terraform to spin-up a minimal Nomad/Consul cluster on GCP and then deploy a Spring Boot native app to test-drive Nomad's Horizontal Application Autoscaling capabilities.
