Australia's Rio Tinto to buy Mitsubishi's nearly 12% stake in Boyne Smelters

Rio Tinto will acquire Mitsubishi Corp's 11.65% stake in Boyne Smelters for an undisclosed sum, the Australian mining giant said on Tuesday.
