Austin's Coffee patrons plead with Winter Park commissioners to keep popular business

Patrons of the coffee shop on West Fairbanks Avenue spoke passionately during the public comments segment and objected to negotiations between the city and property owner Fairbanks Village LLC. The company said it’s willing to sell its acre of land, that also houses Vines & Forks restaurant, for $3 million.
