Auditor-general gives BCM a scathing report

The auditor-general has slammed Buffalo City Metro for failing to install proper financial management systems. This resulted in a qualified audit opinion with findings for the 2022/2023 financial year.The recent audit opinion is a regression from the unqualified opinion with findings the city got in the 2021/2022 financial year.
