Attorney General Merrick Garland on DOJ's New Marijuana Policy

Attorney General Merrick Garland indicated Department of Justice DOJ marijuana policy will harken back to 2013, when Attorney General James Cole issued Cole Memo. Cole Memo carved out eight enforcement priorities for DOJ including prevention distribution marijuana to minors.
