Attorney-General Malami Writes President Buhari, Admits That Nigeria Cannot Win OPL 245 Court Cases

The prospects of a judicial victory over the lingering court cases with OPL 245 are slim, the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari.   He recommended that all court cases relating to the case should be terminated to enable the country enjoy the economic benefits of the controversial oil block while fossil fuels are still in vogue.
