Attempts to contact a western Minnesota man began day before threats posted about UMN

Social media posts the man made Wednesday, while not containing explicit threats, led law enforcement to suspect that he was on the verge of reverting to past behavior, Chippewa County Sheriff Derek Olson told the West Central Tribune.
