Oxnard police arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder Thursday after a victim was shot multiple times the previous day.
The shooting was reported shortly before 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at Cuesta Del Mar Drive and Courtland Street, according to the Oxnard Police Department. The intersection is in a residential area at Oxnard's south end, generally north of Hueneme Road and west of Saviers Road.
