LEOMINSTER — Montachusett Home Care Corporation (MHCC) announced that the inaugural launch of the Cards for Caring saw over 700 holiday cards donated to older adults living in isolation during the holiday season.
This successful campaign was done in collaboration with Congresswoman Lori Trahan and Congressman Jim McGovern.
“Through our partnership with Montachusett Home Care and Congressman McGovern, we were able to collect more than 700 cards for older adults in our community experiencing isolation because of the pandemic. It’s my hope that these kind words will bring comfort to those who are unable to spend the holidays with their loved ones,” Congresswoman Trahan said. “These cards will mean more to those who receive them than we can possibly imagine.”
