Icons like Tatyana McFadden have helped create a law that promotes the participation of people with disabilities in sports activities. Other sportswomen like Jackeline Rentería break stereotypes on the ring in an initially thought category only for men. Trischa Zorn
Blind from birth, Trischa has become one of the most awarded Paralympians in history. She competed in the last of her seven Games in Athens 2004. The American won 10 gold and two silver medals in the Picornell pool, an achievement only made by those born to be a legend. Zorn has 55 medals (41 golds, nine silvers, and five bronzes).
