At the Farmers Market: Opening Day

OXFORD
Amid the beauty of the spring flowers, dogwoods and azaleas, along with the rising temperatures, the strawberries have awakened from their winter slumber, thus ushering in the opening of the Oxford Farmers Market. Since everything we sell is either homegrown or homemade by our vendors, you always know where your items are coming from. Our first day will be Saturday, May 8, from 7 a.m. until noon or until sold out.
We’d like to thank the Granville County Commissioners, David Smith, Mayor Jackie Sergeant, Mary Yount, the Downtown Merchants Association, Angela Allen and the Henderson Daily Dispatch for their continued assistance and support each year.
