At least 18 people killed as tornadoes and storms rip through Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma

At least 18 people were killed in tornadoes that took over Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas on Saturday. Seven of the fatalities, including the children, were in Cooke County, Texas.
