Astana's Nicolas Vinokurov and Harold Martin Lopez step into WorldTour

Two riders of Astana Qazaqstan Development Team, Nicolas Vinokurov (Kazakhstan,21) and Harold Martin Lopez (Ecuador, 22) are going to make a big step forward, joining the UCI WorldTour together with Astana Qazaqstan Team. Both riders signed a two-year deal with the team.
