Assembly Food Hall: What to try from the first eight restaurants

Eight restaurants opened Thursday at Fifth + Broadway's massive food hall downtown, and the remaining 12 eateries will open throughout the spring and summer.
While most of the newly opened restaurants are local favorites, three are making their debut in Nashville. To help you decide what to try first, we asked staff at each of the new restaurants for their recommendations.
Assembly Food Hall  is adhering to Nashville's Phase 3 COVID-19 safety guidelines. Mask wearing and social distancing are required when moving around the food hall, and capacity is capped at 50 percent with a maximum of eight people per table.
