Woman was struck, killed blocks from where husband was hit in 2016
A 63-year-old woman was struck and killed by a car on Wednesday night, blocks away from where her husband was hit and killed five years ago.
Claire E. Weissmeyer Grossmann, of the Aspen Hill neighborhood of Silver Spring, was killed crossing Georgia Avenue near Rippling Brook Drive. [WTOP]
Vaccine hunters hold pop-up clinic
The Vaccine Hunters group has gone from “hunters” to providers.
Working with Holy Cross Health, the group hold its first vaccine pop-up clinic two weeks ago at Washington Spanish Bilingual SDA Church in Silver Spring. [WUSA]
