Ashby co-op creditors zero in on Link safari companies
Lawyers for creditors of the defunct Ashby (Minn.) Farmers Cooperative Elevator are asking a federal judge for a summary judgment against a safari hunting company. They allege former manager Jerome “Jerry” Hennessey fraudulently used co-op funds to pay $312,150 to Jay Link and his Link’s Wild Safaris of Wisconsin.

ASHBY, Minn. — The attorney for creditors of the defunct Ashby (Minn.) Farmers Cooperative Elevator has asked for a summary judgment in a lawsuit against Jay Link and Link’s Wild Safaris — one of several big game safari services for former manager Jerome “Jerry” Hennessey.
