WASHINGTON â Gina M. Raimondo, President Bidenâs nominee to be the next commerce secretary, told lawmakers on Tuesday that she planned to help American communities bounce back from coronavirus, aggressively enforce trade rules to combat unfair Chinese practices and leverage the governmentâs power to mitigate climate change if confirmed.
