The Gift. Inspired by Duke Ellington’s “Nutcracker Suite,” seven Boston Ballet company dancers have choreographed unique dances set to Ellington’s jazzy score. The company prepared for this program for months — dividing into small groups and hosting socially-distanced rehearsals over Zoom.
